When I was younger I never listened to this. Now that I'm older....I want to throat punch myself for being so stubborn. Although I guess you habe yo live & learn. All that bad food tastes good for a min. Then once it settles in & your blood sugar goes up then down. You don't feel so great anymore....& it was NEVER worth it.

I had a very beneficial shoulder day yesterday. Major 🔑when doing lateral raises is get that pause/squeeze at the top of the contraction. If you look I might swing the weight up alittle but I’m in constant control of the weight. I move the weight the weight doesent move me 🔑

Arnold press 4x12-15 SS chest support front delt plate raise 4x20

Heavy lateral raises 4x12 drop weight for 15 reps
Face pull 4x12 SS shrugs 4x10
Arrows 4x15 SS rear delt flys 4x20

Vbar pushdown 1x15 1x12 1x8 1x4 1xAMRAP SS lateral raises 4x20

Db partways 4x12-15

Single arm underhand cable extension 4xAMRAP
