Twisted dumbbell bench press works the chest muscles and upper back. Here is my amazing client @Bpopaloola5 bench pressing with 12.5kg in each hand. Our journey began 3 months ago when my client wanted to improve on strength and agility. To put things into perspective. Our starting dumbbell weight on this exercise was 5kg in each hand . E vamos começar a semana com dieta nova elaborada pelo meu nutri mega, power das galáxias @pauloruanut, pois eu estava de férias, "semvergonhando" grandão e assumidamente. 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 Mas, como eu adoro estar em dia com o corpitcho, agora a parada volta a ficar séria! É como eu sempre digo aqui, quer alguma coisa, tem algum objetivo? Faça o que tem que ser feito, não fique reclamando, parado pq não vai cair do céu. Certo? It’s amazing how sometimes a cancelled session can be a blessing in disguise. A freed up hour in the morning meant I had time for a quick workout before my next client. And I made it count too! 💪🏼
.
This not only helped me wake up properly after a night of broken sleep but it also freed up my afternoon and evening and now that is truly a blessing.
In a world where everybody wants to rush more and cram more activities into their days, I now strive for a more laid back approach. It hasn’t always been this way but we all learn from our mistakes. 😊

Even tho an impromptu gym session meant I had to buy a new gym top from reception, I’ll happily trade £18 for 3 hours at home. 😄😄 Just a lesson learnt - even when it seems absolutely unlikely that your plans are going to change, they still might, so always pack your gym kit people!! 😄

Leaving you now with that bit of Monday wisdom he he. I’ve just travelled to Surbiton to get my hair done as crazy as it may sound. I believe in consistency and quality and although I’m now happily settled in Hammersmith, I will come all this way for professional care. 😊

FALSO MITO: NO ALLA PALESTRA PER BAMBINI O ADOLESCENTI.

Spesso mi ritrovo di fronte a frasi del tipo “sei troppo piccolo per andare in palestra”, “fare pesi in adolescenza è dannoso”. In molti non sanno che nel periodo preadolescenziale o adolescenziale abbiamo il maggior sviluppo delle capacità coordinative e condizionali (forza, velocità etc) in cui un esercizio fisico adeguato può notevolmente migliorare la crescita e la qualità di vita dei nostri ragazzi.
Le migliorie sono molteplici:
1) corretta postura in fase di crescita
2) aumento della mobilità articolare
3) aumento della forza muscolare che garantisce minor squilibri muscolari possibili nel nostro organismo
