Huge shoutout to my client for having reached her goal waaaay before her deadline! Her Goal: lose 25lbs in 12 months. Her results?? 31lbs in 10 months!!!
I really need to add that she’s no ordinary 26 year old. She has a genetic heart condition which led to surgery to implant a #pacemaker, just over a year ago. So so proud of her accomplishments, her hard work, and her dedication

Haha well wasn’t this different... But got my mobility, rotation and strength in.
It’s all about imagination and not fearing to try. To not care about what other people might think when you’re fighting to accomplish some exercises you’ve set your mind on doing. Sometimes you fail, sometimes you don’t. It’s not more to it than that. You’ll always learn something about yourself, your strength and weaknesses. And if something is limiting you, see that as a good thing. Because once you know them, you can go beyond them💎

MOTIVATION MONDAY: 2 months ago this dude approached me, never been in a gym before, never really exercised in general. He had a a rough start to 2017 but it was all going to change. He was going to finish 2017 a different man. He decided to stop with the excuses and that’s when he began to find his results. 5 days a week he’s is in the gym without fail, pushing himself to the max.
