Try adding your @rubberbanditz while deadlifting for more resistance , you will feel all your posterior muscles working.
Dont go to heavy try this with lighter weights and focus on perfect form for achieving the best result, have fun 💪🦍

My reverse diet has turned into a #dirtybulk this past month and it's time to clean things up. I've eaten so much 🍔🍟🍺🍕🍷 i don't even crave it anymore lol the plan is to do a mini cut over the next 6 weeks and regain my motivation. I've avoided progress pictures cuz I'm scared to look 😆 I'll start with my Saturday checkins again soon for accountability. I will not be as rigid as in prep. After all, it is the holidays, mine/the hubbys birthday, and 1st wedding anniversary. I plan to save the "cheats" and drinks for those special occasions only and in moderation. My food tracking has been VERY lax so I'm guestimating calories have been between 2,000-3,000 depending on the day. This week I'll be starting out at 2,000 in whole foods, be consistent, hit my macros and see how my shape changes. #hotfortheholidays #6weeksto6pack #mondaymotivation #mcalistermuscle
