Today’s training was fun...double scoop of “rush”
FSQ 5x3 at 85% - 145kg
Here is my last set which I paused cause I’m a badass! So for those of you who said no... don’t doubt a man on @extremebeanco
Next up power snatch + hang snatch - videos at 105kg and 111kg for a PR power snatch but missed the hang
Then was a jerk complex power jerk + 2 split jerks managed 145kg which is a 5kg PR power jerk and 15kg in the complex!
Then lots of accessory stuff to make me grow...💪🏻

A piece of my finisher circuits for yesterday’s shoulder day. Lost track of how many sets I did. I have fun and get carried away sometimes 🤷🏽‍♀️ Handstands on a bosu ball are hard as hell BUT so fun. I just started them like 2 weeks ago and I barely have to use the wall’s help now....just a tap for balance here and there. Your body learns and adapts...trust it 😉

Shoulder day🙌🏼 I struggle with making my shoulders grow so I hit them pretty hard when it's their day. Little by little I'm starting to notice more definition and strength💪🏼 .

Warm Up:
•Jump Rope 30 sec intervals.
•Mountain Climbers
🔹
Todays routine was:
•Shoulder Presses
•Lateral Raises
•Plate Raises (I use a 10lb).
•Arnold Presses
•Cable Face Pulls
•Upright Rows
•Upright Cable Raises
•Smith Machine Presses

Current physique- im just gunna say im proud of myself. Had a lot of sickness this past year that had thrown my game off hardcore. I was puny and fairly weak, now im back to my good ol squatting and deadlifting routine.
