One of my favorite dishes from the holidays growing up was always my mom's homemade applesauce. It wasn't really a "quick" dish though. I love love love that I can whip some up in a fraction of the time now in the instant pot. .

I used 6 apples, peeled and coarsely chopped, 1/2 cup water, and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Cook on high pressure, manual setting for 6 minutes. Once it's done, quick release pressure, and just mash with a fork to your desired consistency. This makes about 3 1/2 cups. .

I love the tip to add collagen peptides to the applesauce when it's mashed, from @predominantly_paleo but that of course is totally optional. .

The All Important Hip Openers
This is a simple, fun exercise that can be done indoors as well as well as outside.
The Duck Walk, and the Prisoner Duck Walk. A beginner can do these. The key: practice these every day and little-by-little you will see improvements in your openness, flexibility, and balance.
Westerners have lost the find art if the squat. I dare say Depends is cashing in on this ineptness. We need to get back to natural, primal flow movements and positions, like squatting and engaging our hips and pelvic region.
You are never too old, it is never too late. Get down, get low, and get flowing in the squat!

This week I took a trip to @eatalyla !!! OH MY GOODNESS!! I fell in love with this place! A couple years ago I went to Italy 🇮🇹 and going here brought back so many memories! FRESH ITALIAN PRODUCE EVERYWHERE!! It’s unbelievable how amazing this place is! I totally recommend going here! You will LOVE it!
