🔶Мероприятие поддерживается десятками клубов из разных уголков России и зарубежья.Наш клуб не исключение🙋!
🔶Смысл челленджа☝ - собрать как можно больше атлетов в клубе 👨👩👧и в течение часа выполнить как можно больше повторений выбранного упражнения.
🔶Сотни атлетов в едином порыве борются с сопротивлением штанги - это обьединяет! Выглядит впечатляюще😱.
❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄. В этом году, было принято решение выбрать упражнение, с которого и начинался первый челлендж.DEADLIFT - великая и беспощадная становая тяга😈!

📌Условия:
✔Вас ждут 8 штанг, весом 35-45-60-80-100-120-130-200 кг.
✔На самой тяжелой штанге в 200 кг разрешено выполнение в паре (мм, жж, мж), поднятый таким образом тоннаж также пойдет в общий зачет, но не будет регистрироваться в личном зачете атлетов клуба.
✔Без ограничений количества, пола и возраста участников.
✔1 час бескомпромиссной коллективной работы, любое количество подходов к снаряду.
✔Результат — общий тоннаж клуба, который вносится в единый рейтинг на сайте.

My very first Ubud meal 🥗 🍤 Sticky Sesame Prawns with Noodled Veggies 🍝 💕 I walked my way to the Monkey Forest 🌳 🐒 and just as I arrived it started pouring rain 🌧 I decided to jump in to the first joint I’d find and ended up ordering two meals 🤤 The place is really cute and just across the Monkey Forest. I ended up going to a yoga class and skipped the monkeys. Lets see what tomorrow will bring 😉

Fresh tarakihi fillets and salad, I want to eat this all over again! 😩
Dipped the fish in lemongrass, fresh lime juice and a few drops of chili oil and then pan fried in olive oil

Real life is throwing together a meal out of leftovers, making your husband take a picture in your kitchen because it’s dark by 4 in the afternoon and natural lighting doesn’t exist in the winter, all while your dogs lurk nearby and pray for you to drop a bowl 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

A simple recipe to get your hotdog on:
- choose a medium crusty roll so it can handle all those juices
- add some grated cheese
- slice onions and fry at a low temp until translucent, then add your favourite BBQ sauce like my “The TEXAN” until caramalised.
- place onions to the side and grill or fry your sausage

We love hiking in Mayon Volcano Natural Park, a protected area of the Philippines located in the Bicol Region. It covers an area of 5,775.7 hectares (14,272 acres), which includes its centerpiece (and our namesake) -the Mayon Volcano - renowned for having an almost perfect cone. The scenery is truly spectacular here and well worth a visit.

An energy boosting breakfast from @paleofoodsco This tasty granola is made of coconut, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, honey, cashew nuts, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, cocoa, linseed, chia seeds and cocoa nibs. It’s made to paleo diet principles, is grain free (no wheat or oats) and refined sugar free. High in protein and low in carbs compared to regular granola too. Delicious with oat milk and chopped banana 🍌
