Had my first Massage ever today 😍 I’m really not sure how I managed to survive 28 years without ever going to the Chiropractor or getting a massage. Feeling some awesome progress on my shoulder.
Broke my fast with one of my favorite meals! Sweet potato pancakes topped with bananas caramelized in honey, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, shredded coconut and sugar free syrup with a side of scrambled egg whites and spinach 🙌🏻 Only 541 calories in that whole plate, 73C 37P 11F (I’ll share the recipe if anyone’s interested) Ready for a killer Leg Day, then stoked to relax with a face mask, hot bath and I treated myself to one of my favorite magazines since I actually found a copy at Coshocton Walmart ❤️ Happy Monday everyone 😘 “The more you give to yourself, the more love you have to give to others and the more value you can add to the world.”

My fitness journey has had ups and downs ( literally 🤪 body weight and mentally)
I have have learned so much over the years when it comes to what works for me and doesn’t, I have learned that what works for me may not work for someone else and vise versa.
I’ve learned unless you love yourself and trust the process you may never reach your fullest potential or goals.
It truly is a a journey of self discovery and learning how to have a good relationship with yourself.
My best advice that has help me along the years:
1. Never put a time limit on loving yourself ( like I’ll like or love myself if and when)
2. Always be willing to learn and be coachable from those that have went before you and succeeded.
3. There’s more then one way to get you where you need to be.
4. Take a little bit of what you like from everything you try or have tried ( just because one thing didn’t work or multiple things doesn’t mean nothing ever will) .
Take all the small things that you liked and that worked and put them together and be your own creator. After all there’s only ONE ☝️ YOU!!! And your the best consultant when it comes to your body.
5. Be proud of every bit of progress you make weather little or big.
6.DONT COMPARE yourself to others it’s a trap and will always leave you feeling less than. It’s ok you have role models but don’t dissect everything about them and become blind of your own blessing.
7. Be prepared to work your butt off and know that the reward its to great to give up on. How this will change he your life will blow you away.

Just finishing up tomorrow’s work...📋💻designing custom meal plans, workout plans, nutritional research, answering messages, daily marketing, cleaning, scheduling, designing welcome packages, calculating heart rate ratios, working on my e-book, updating my website, Fascia course homework, fitting my own training in, etc. etc....not to mention trying to have a life outside of my work & family life. 😅 I LOVE my job. When you’re a one-woman show, it can get a little hairy at times. If you see me less socially, it’s not because I’m not thinking about you or interested in seeing you. 😊 Thank you to all my fit-friends, family & friends for your love & support. My Sunday started off with a Glutes and Hamstring 🏋️‍♂️ workout. I usually go too fast through my workouts. I've been focusing on my mind body connection to build through the changes in my body so that I don't aggravate my arthritis or hurt my neck. Now that I'm getting into the gym regularly again I love how strong 💪 that I'm feeling. I've truly missed this feeling as well as the soreness that comes from pushing myself. The tough time that I had from being out of the gym helped me learn about my body. What Challenges have you had to overcome? * Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier so your morning isn’t rushed
* Go to the gym an extra day this week
* Grab strawberries out of the fridge instead of going into the cabinet to get pretzels * Turn your phone off an hour before you go to bed
Whatever it is - only YOU have control over it. Today is the day to START something.
