It might sound weird, but I actually love breaking my workouts into 2 sessions per day. Morning Accelerators (HIIT sessions) done in isolation from my lifts really have made adding in cardio more manageable!

I see and hear a lot of complaints when it comes to cardio. And I for one would much rather skip cardio vs. weight training, but the results are undeniable! And....the best part is... ANYONE can do this. It's NO MORE THAN 30 minutes total per day. And, until recently, it wasn't even that long!
I will share these workouts with you for sure! They're pretty much a "no-brainer" !!! 😉

- мое время не чистое, приходилось отвлекаться , перемещаться,поэтому 2 раза по 6 ступеньки прошла, но в любом случае это меньше 20 мин, и хотя времени мало, достоинств масса 👌🏻
- обратите внимание на супермена, не задирайте голову, старайтесь работать мышцами спины, спросите себя где они и их напрягайте, пасть даже и не прогибаетесь как акробатка, но мышцы своё получат 👌🏻😉
И #допфреш ... взяла из #oxygenchallenge3 👌🏻💪🏻
- два в одном:
Тяга и присед, гантели вдоль тела при приседе и при наклоне вперёд ягодицы отводите назад 👌🏻 3 подхода по 20 раз💪🏻 тут главное взять добротный вес😈 и вы почувствуете , как в тяге мышцы тянутся, а в приседе трещат 😂😂😂 тренировка ✅ теперь быстро завтрак и дальше... в путь...#фитнесфрешшагаетпопланете и вместе с ним ваша Яшма💋#фитнесфреш_предновогодниекроссфитсказания #кроссфит #кроссфитдома #фитнес#фитнесдома #фитнесмама#наспорте#crossfitathome #crossfitattravel

Circuit day. I love circuit training. It’s like the best of both worlds, weights and cardio! Did three rounds 1st round 35sec work 15 sec rest with 2 min break between rounds. Round 2&3 50sec work 15sec break.

Awkward before and after photos 😂you can talk all the smack you want about the deception of these type of photos, and I agree. But I'll tell you, the body comp don't lie! 6lbs lost, 6% body fat drop, and 4% muscle gain. In three months, I recommitted to my fitness regiment and tightened up my diet. I had some fun too, ate a few doughnuts, drank a few cocktails, two vacations including Vegas, a birthday, you name it. But through it all I maintained a balance and I'm not done yet! Spartan race in two weeks, with more training under my belt than maybe ever. And a weekend of roller derby ahead of me. I'm even feeling good when they hand me the star. Oh yeah, and a little softball finals action with my beloved @tahoedaves teamies, next week! Stoked to continue this journey for performance and looking good doesn't hurt either, but I do it, to do things, I'm here for the sports y'all 😉. Thanks @kaisafit for teaching me some fine and funky moves, you should see me on my skates now 😝 and to @oxygenmagazine for putting these challenges together, and giving me another something to train for. You'll probably see me again next year, hopefully no back sliding this time. I'm most proud of looking back over the last year and all the things I've improved at and learned to do. It's the end of the @oxygenmagazine #oc3 challenge and while I didn't make as much progress as I had hoped for, I am celebrating the changes that did occur! I started off following the program created by @kaisafit #teamkaisa and loved all the body weight type movements and minimal weights that were used. It was definitely a good change for me over the summer and the break I needed from the heavy weight lifting I had been doing the previous 4 years. However, I started back to heavy lifting 3 weeks ago and increased the amount of food I eat, mainly carbs (because that's where your energy comes from!), so I am bulking again. I am always quick to gain fat in my mid-section and it's always the last to disappear, and I swear my butt never changes 🤔, so that is always a discouraging struggle for me. But my journey will never end, so today I will appreciate how far I've come and look forward to what changes will happen next!🙌🏻❤️

I didn't even realize how out of control my body was getting. It's sooo easy to just think my jeans were a little tight but just ignore it. Thanks to @oxygenmagazine and @jamieeasonmiddleton In 3 months I lost 8lbs and 16.25 inches everywhere. Hopefully in 3 more months, these afters will be my before. #oc3 #oxygenchallenge #teamjamie

I have this problem, the more dangerous/complicated things become, the calmer I get. When we lived in San Francisco and the ground shook a little bit, my husband said "what's happening" I said "oh it's just and earthquake. It was 1989 - Loma Prieta was a wee bit more than "just an earthquake". Same thing now, we've been watching, waiting, and. Ow we have quite the storm that will be like a freight train up the middle of our state.
Meanwhile...
Beautiful moon this AM. I've found an awesome @rockmyrun mix that actually had Scorpions #rockyoulikeahurricane in it 😂 beasted out an @oxygenmagazine @kaisafit #oxygenchallenge3 Workout before #fivemilefriday -may be able to get in a few miles in the AM before we are probably on lock down for #hurricaneirma
We're stocked up, more for the follow on disruption of normal services. Over the last few days I bought a few gallons here, a 24 pack of water there in my normal daily routine, I feel confident we can make it through a week if necessary.
If you're in the path of this tremendous storm, stay safe if you're on the west coast of the US, thinking about all you guys are going through with the fires and of course my friends in the Houston area recovering from their recent storm/floods.
Life is truly amazing people, when we really think, love, prepare, and care for each other we can make it through anything.

Goshhh half way through my right calf just tightened and cramped ☹️ stretched it out for a bit then finished my workout. Always check if you're ok and listen to that body. Continue only if you are comfortable and feeling ok. 💪🏼 Breaking limits with @movebytwenty3 🔥

Here I go! 12 weeks out!! I'm extremely uncomfortable putting myself out here like this, but after all the #momguilt I've learned to over come in the last couple of years and balance I have gained, It would be a disservice to myself after all the hard work I have put in so far. Now it's time to WORK, be DISCIPLINED and have FUN! 💪🏽
