Jednog dana cemo osvestiti da nam se vecina zelja ostvarila, da smo postigli ciljeve koje smo imali, da smo bas tu gde smo pre par godina zeleli da budemo.
Isto tako cemo mozda primetiti da nismo bas srecni i ispunjeni kao sto smo ocekivali, nemamo onaj mir i srecu koji smo mislili da cemo uz to dobiti, vec samo nove zelje. Opet nastavljamo da tragamo za necim tamo u buducnosti sto bi nas usrecilo..
Sustina je u tome da tragajuci za srecom iznova propustamo sadasnji trenutak. Sreca i mir su SADA. Kada to osvestimo, sve dolazi na svoje mesto.
Yoga nas vraca u sadasnji trenutak, jedini trenutak u kojem se zivot odvija.
Od novembra pocinjemo sa grupnim casovima u Beogradu. Prva lekcija, osvestiti sadasnji trenutak! 😊

Claro que sí, el Power Yoga es apto para principiantes. Puede que te resulte un poco difícil al principio, al igual que con todas las cosas nuevas que empezamos. Pero una vez que mantengas tu práctica con frecuencia y de forma regular, comienzas a aprender y conocer tu propio cuerpo. Solo recuerda relajarte, disfrutar y, sobre todo, divertirte.

Pose of the day #2 Sphinx Pose also known as the baby of backbends A nice gentle backbend to ease you into the world of backbends you can practice this pose actively or passively.
Benefits include stretching the chest, shoulders and abdomen. Said to tone the buttocks but I can’t vouch for that - maybe I need to practice more! Intangible benefits include stress relief and stimulating the abdominal organs.
Begin by lying on your belly, press your tailbone down and lengthen towards your heels. Legs pressed into the mat, Buttocks are firm but not clenched. Place your hands flat on the mat with elbows under the shoulders, inhale and lift your upper chest and head away from the mat.
