When I'm not motivated to work I make a breakfast nibble platter to snack on as I go. Whilst it's best to not do other things when you're eating to help you mindfully enjoy your food and it's flavours, sometimes it's good to be flexible and do what works for you on the day. For me I know I'm likely to swing on the cupboard doors eating rice crackers as I procrastinate 😆 so this provides me a healthy option 👌🏻Awareness and flexibility will help you make decision that nourish your body! 💖

BREAKFAST // usually I’m all about eggs for bf to get that fat and protein in first thing but on other days I choose smoothies, nutty cereals or oats if the weather is cooler. .

On this breezy spring morning it was 6 minute oats cooked in almond milk with a table spoon of chia seeds for healthy fats, cinnamon to taste and for blood sugar support. On top, mango, blue berries, and some succulent mulberries picked this week by friends! Oh and a big dollop of @coyo_is_coconuts natural yoghurt ! Mmmmm. 💓👌🏼Addition of nuts and seeds or protein powder during cooking would increase the protein intake further for long lasting fullness and blood sugar stability.
