Banana Pudding Smoothie!~
Ingredients~
🔹2 Cups Spinach
🔹1 Cup frozen strawberries
🔹1 Cup plain kefir
🔹1/2 Medium banana
🔹2 Tbsp pomegranate powder
🔹2 Tbsp flax seed
🔹3 Tbsp hemp hearts
🔹1 Tbsp chia seeds
🔹1 Scoop protein powder
Directions~
🔹Add all ingredients in a blender along with 1 cup cold water and blend.
🔹Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Humble yourself and stay hungry. I may not be the biggest, but I can control my diet and how I eat to be as conditioned as I possibly can. My guys @ervinr_17 and @patronpapi_ had me psyched up for the 4 different stages from LA, San Diego, Maui and then to Wisconsin where @katiemac_fit pushed me and the last 2 years becoming nationally qualified twice and my first 1st place, but still wanting to get that UNBA IFPA pro status more than anything. Receta:
🍛Sopa de lentejas saludable 🍛
-
Ingredientes:
-1 1/2 taza de lentejas previamente lavada -3 zanahorias picadas
-1 chile California picado -1 cebolla finamente picada
-3 dientes de ajo finamente picados
-6 tazas de Caldo de pollo natural o agua natural
-Sazoné con un mix de especias que contiene (orégano, tomillo, romero, albahaca, etc).
*Puedes sazonar a tu gusto*
-Sal .

Procedimiento:
-En una olla agregue 2 cdas de aceite de oliva, en la cual cociné por 15 minutos la cebolla, ajo, zanahoria y el chile California.
-Pasados los 15 minutos, agregué las 6 tazas de caldo de pollo, el tomate y las lentejas.
-Cociné a fuego lento por 35 minutos y ¡listo! 🔅Puedes acompañar con tu platillo o comerlas solas🔅 🍏Quedan deliciosas🍏

A. Push Ups: 4 × 10-20
