Me encanta la carne molida, siento que es súper versátil y puedes preparar muchas cosas con ella.. PERO la carne molida especial no es la ideal porque tiene mucha grasa. Sin embargo, hay unas opciones que hacen que la carne sea de mejor calidad como comprar carne molida de bisteck o pedir que te muelan un poco de lomo.

It’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time! The Jelly has sugar, yes. However, the combination of peanut butter and whole wheat bread provides you with a good amount of protein, B vitamins, Iron and Zinc. Certain Peanut butter is also a great choice for more healthy unsaturated fats. Using whole wheat bread increases the fiber and protein content you would get from using white bread.

Organisation 🙇🏻‍♀️|| Using my day off today to sort out/plan my week. I've always pictured the inner workings of my brain to be much like a computer with 50 tabs open (some work related, some home related, a distracting cat video or catchy song and some random holiday destination search I'm sure 😂). It always makes me feel less anxious and stressed to put everything on paper. That way it's out of my head and into some kind of organised mess in front of me. It's just how I work best; I like lists, I like colours, and I like diaries (very old fashioned I know, I just don't like apps or computers for this kind of stuff). I'm just a very visual learner I've realised! And while I might not get to execute everything each week, without a plan I rarely execute ANYTHING. I often find myself stopping and starting things and never quite completing anything, and this just helps to keep me on track. I'm also using a little bit of extra help this morning with this @adore_essential_oils Clear Mind blend handmade by my beautiful friend Zanna. I absolutely love that each blend has it's own affirmation with it. Today it's, "my mind is clear, I am productive and focused. I will achieve my goals." So motivating ✨. Are you a visual learner? I survived my first @crossfit workout in about month (or two) and I’m thrilled. 😅
.
This has been a super busy couple of months with the holidays, the flu, travel and work. My body needed movement but not to the intensity of Crossfit. I chose walking, running, home HIIT workouts and stretching instead. .
Sure, I’ve fallen out of my routine and commitment to Crossfit. Sure, I’m not as strong or as fast as I used to be. Sure, I miss my muscular thighs and biceps but, I’m healthy. I’m happy. I’m taking care of my body and that, my friends, is called balanced living. (Give me a month or two and I’ll be back in full force anyway. 🏋🏻‍♀️) .
It’s okay to listen to your body and adjust your movement based on current situation. Don’t feel bad about taking care of you. 🤗

Tuna/broccoli 🥦 bowl! I’m trying incorporate low calorie-high protein meals for lunch. I like tuna because I can prep it in a large quantity & it tastes good all week. 🧡This bowl has 180 calories🤑That’s where the money’s 💰 at in calorie world 🌎 •


RECIPE:
1 can @starkistcharlie 2 oz tuna
1/2 tbsp @kraft olive oil mayo
1 tbsp @heinz mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 small celery stalk
Salt & pepper
1/3 cup steamed broccoli 🥦 🥄 mix all ingredients together except for broccoli. Add broccoli on the side
