Let’s start the week with some banana-choc smoothie 🙋🏼‍♀️ Hay algo mejor para empezar la semana que un smoothie de plátano y cacao?
Ya está cerrado el sorteo que estoy haciendo con @cosmethics, millones de gracias a los que habéis participado 💛 Esta tarde haré el sorteo por stories, suerte!!!
👉🏻 1 plátano, 1 cucharada de cacao en polvo sin azúcar, 2 scoops de proteína sabor vainilla (opcional, se puede sustituir por copos o harina de avena), edulcorante al gusto y leche de avellana
👉🏻 1 banana, 1 tbspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 scoops of vanilla powder (you can use oats or oat flour instead), sweetener to taste and hazenut milk

Went to bed looking forward to breakfast last night 🙈 gotta get excited about the little things in life, right?! Having banana and beetroot porridge made with coconut milk 😋🍌🥥🍓 I hope your Monday’s a good’un ✨
So I asked my son what he wanted for dinner and he could choose anything...one of his favourites and he chose my scrummy lamb cutlets (egg wash, almond meal, quinoa flakes, lemon zest, sea salt, sesame seeds, fresh grated Parmesan, fresh rosemary and thyme) with stir-fried cabbage, kale and broccoli and sweet potato mash. Good choice me thinks 😊

Good Morning Lovelies!
