Find YOUR bliss. Often times on any journey people tend to compare themselves to others instead of focusing on their path. I am not the exception. Sometimes I will scroll through Instagram and mindlessly find myself comparing my journey to others. Questions and thoughts dance through my mind like
Should I be...?
I must go buy that.
I need that now.
Why haven’t I...?
When will I...?
This goes to say during this journey you should be following YOUR bliss. After all, a journey is supposed to be fun and challenging. What makes this journey happy and joyful for you? Do that. We have this wonderful community and we are so supportive of one another ❤️ ...but don’t forget to focus on YOU. Do what’s going to make YOU blissful. Is it walking outside, enjoying the sunshine, making crafts, sharing your meals, giving yourself compliments? Whatever it may be find your bliss go towards it.

Nesten alt vi gjør foregår foran kroppen; vi sitter på PC’en, vi kjører bil, vi kjører benkpress 3 ganger i uken, vi går med tunge sekker/vesker og vi går konstant med nesa ned i mobilskjermen og tekster. Spesielt disse aktivitetene vi gjør lenge om gangen, som spenner muskulatur som ikke nødvendigvis bidrar positivt på holdningen vår kan bli et problem om vi ikke løsner opp en gang i blant. Kort fortalt: en «dårlig» holdning kommer ofte av for stram/over-aktiv forside (brystmuskulatur og innover-rotatorer) og en for svak/inaktiv bakside (ryggmuskulatur og utover-rotatorer). For å bedre (eller enda bedre forebygge) en «dårlig» eller svak holdning vil det naturlig nok være viktig å løsne opp på forsiden og styrke baksiden.
Finn deg en dørkarm eller noe å lene deg mot slik at du kan jobbe med en tennisball mens du får beveget arm og skulder, og ta en liten opprensk. Jobb der det er tight, PUST underveis, vær ærlig med deg selv og bruk den tiden som trengs. #notetoself
