Stanford University has come out with research that shows complaining leads to the shrinking of ones hippocampus- the part of the brain responsible for problem solving and intelligent thought...

It makes sense if you think about it, think of some of the morons who you come across who do nothing but ramble on and complain about random things that don’t even make sense, or even come close to anything remotely logical; ever thought to yourself, “this dumb mother fucker has got to have brain damage.”? Well it seems you may actually not be too far off with that assessment!

Another unfortunate side effect of complaining that you’re probably ignorant to is the release of cortisol-the stress hormone that’s been conclusively linked to a variety of health issues and disease, one being obesity...
.
Cortisol levels rise during times of tension, so by excessively complaining you’ll continually run the risk of over eating due to the hormone sky rocketing your bodies insulin levels! When your bodies insulin levels spike your blood sugar drops, causing you to crave sugary, fatty foods that not only make you feel like shit after the fact, but look like shit as well...
.
These side effects can be expected not only for the ones doing the complaining, but also the bystanders who allow and entertain their loser friends complaining in their presence as well.
.
Complaining about your life when you have the ability to change any part of it that you don’t like is shameful, disrespectful to every terminally ill child out there who doesn’t have that opportunity and is a trademark attribute to losers the world over...
.
As if you didn’t need any additional incentive to stop complaining, just think, you could in fact be saving yourself and the people around you whom you care about from brain damage and morbid obesity...
.
Not a bad deal if you ask me.

Stand so both legs can be bent at pretty much 90 degrees. The key is keeping your body upright(don’t bend forward), rock your hips forward by squeezing your glute; you’ll feel a stretch down your hip flexor and your Quad will be wondering what it did to deserve so much attention. Except right behind it the be-hind is too. Oh man, oh boy I might have found a new front of leg day favorite. 🙌🏻 🔥 #quadworkout #legday #hiitbywhit #itburns
