Trying to be like @kevinhart4real and be that small short strong guy in the gym 😅. Working on my plyo-push-ups the other day, raising the steps higher and higher. We went from 6-9 that morning. Hoping to hit 10 the next time I try! Couldn't fit the whole workout in since I just have a minute, but I went from 6 to 7 to 8 to 9 stacks high, all getting 6 reps in with each height.
It's all about focus, determination and concentration when you workout. You just need to dig deep and work hard.

You know it's a solid start to your day when you're in the gym before 6am! Had basketball till 10pm last night, got to bed by 11:30pm.. up by 4:45am.. guess you could call that a decent sleep?? Just need to keep yourself motivated and keep on working hard! Now a little 3 day long weekend coming up.. stoked! Happy hump day folks!

#TBT time. Going through some videos and came across a little circuit I did up a few weeks ago. This is what a lot of my workouts are looking like now a days plus some cardio interval breaks in between these set ups.
Unfortunately the video was too long on its own to post but these are the exercises that were done back to back to back. 45 seconds of the battle ropes, 12 reps of shoulder presses, right into 12 reps of straight legged dead lifts and then finished off with a Russian twist with a ball slam on each side, 10 reps each side, equalling 20 in total. Once you complete all 4, take a quick rest and go back at it again for 3 sets! Push yourself hard!
Gonna try putting up some more workout videos for ya guys to see what kind of work I'm doing, as well as hopefully giving you some ideas of different workouts you guys can do!

Keep working. Keep grinding. But don't blame others for your mistakes. I don't have enough fingers to count the number of people I hear complain and complain about their own decisions. You're in control of your choices and what to do. If you do something wrong, suck it up and move forward. Don't take it out on others just because you have to deal with the consequences. Ya, we all mess up, but if you never fall, how will you learn to get back up? Life is about trial and error and learning from your mistakes. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but you'll always have something to gain from it. #mood

#TeamNoSleep let's get it!! Whenever I can make it to the gym before 6am, I'm a happy camper. I've said it once and I'll say it again, it's all about focus and how much you want it. Skipping on thru the week like it ain't a thing (see what I did there 👀). Trying to really work on my hand and foot speed a bit with the rope. Slowly getting there, just need to be a bit more consistent. Also, continuing to really test out that mask and see how I can utilize it to its fullest potential when it comes to my workouts.
Skipping rope is definitely up there when it comes to getting some quick cardio in. Really works on that coordination as well! What's your favourite type of cardio??

I get asked a lot if I diet, count my calories, all that not so fun stuff. I do not. Yes, those are definitely 100% ways to help improve your health, fitness and way of living. But it's not for everyone. I just try listening to my body and giving it what it wants. If I'm feeling sluggish, not too good, and lazy, then I'll have some fresher, healthier, cleaner food. But at times, ya I'll go get some fried chicken and a burger.. or 2.. or 4...
It's all about balance. Don't hate yourself when you meal prep food that you don't wanna eat. Don't hate what you eat. Something's may be more enjoyable than others, but you have to remember what you're putting into your body and if it's a good idea. I for one don't do diets or count anything. But I do try keeping a balanced diet with some cheats here and there. Don't stress over your foods, it's no fun. Enjoy life. Live a little, eat a lot, but at the same time, put in the effort to do better for yourself.
Now I'm gonna try finding something to eat for dinner and then go to the gym.. but I have no clue what to eat.. 🤔
