When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Gets Going!

It is proving to be quite a challenge for me to storm past 114 kgs. Thus far, I have managed to press it once in 8 weeks of my current program.
This is my set with 112 kgs on the barbell.
The good thing is, I know exactly what is required for me to get more consistent and stronger at this particular lift.
This is what I did today:

Bench Press: 7x1; 2 failed attempts at 114 kgs.
Back off sets: 2x8-10 @ 65%. Incline Bench Dumbbell Press: 3x8.
E-Z bar Overhead Triceps Extension: 4x8.
Rope Cable Press-down: 3x10-12, superset with Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension: 3x8.
Core: Hanging Leg Raise (one of my favourite exercises for the core), and Flare-ups.

Past 16 weeks on this particular programs have been nothing short of a challenge, and I have enjoyed every bit of it. Have managed to come close to 90% of my previous bests. I know the road ahead is only going to get tougher, and, I am up for it!
