Many people in this world mistakenly believe their attitude is set. It has become such a habit that they believe it can’t be changed. They see it as one of the “cards” of life they’ve been dealt, but attitude is a choice.

If you want to benefit from the possibilities of a positive attitude, you need to do more than just make the decision to be positive. You also have to manage that decision. For me, it means one thing: Every day I will make the adjustments necessary to keep my attitude right.

A person’s attitude does not always or easily stay positive. Like any discipline, your attitude will not take care of itself. That’s why it needs to be attended to daily. Of all the virtues, gratitude seems to be the least expressed. How often do people go out of their way to thank you? More importantly, how often do you extend your thanks to others? In our culture of plenty, we tend to take things for granted.

Your interaction with others sets the tone of your day. Appreciation is a matter of perspective. The place to start is with the little things because you'll come to appreciate the big things as well as everything in between. Say something positive to yourself and others; make it a habit in every conversation. Sincerely compliment, acknowledge, and praise others whenever you can.

If you desire to change yourself, then start with your mind. Believe you can improve, that you can change into the person you desire to be. If your thinking changes, then everything else can follow.
Today I am distracted. Last night I couldn’t sleep. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control and it leaves us spinning. Life is a precious thing. Each day could be our last. I was reminded of that yesterday evening when I found out a family member had been in a head on collision. .

So I worry. I fret. I want to be there. I want to help with the children and be there for her husband. But I can’t. And so I pray. .
.
Live life today because tomorrow is not guaranteed. Love bigger, be more than political issues, live grand, help those around you and don’t forget to smile. .

My family member is doing alright, however not out of the woods. Positive vibes and prayers appreciated! Sorry I don’t have an amped up motivational Monday post. Just love others today the way you would want to be loved! .

So heute möchte ich mal ein Thema ansprechen, welches mir echt am Herzen liegt❤. Und zwar dieses perfekte Bild der Abnahmen, dass ich eigentlich nicht vermitteln möchte 🙈😱 #fürmehrrealitätaufinstagram. Das Prinzip der Abnahme ist einfach, wenn man weniger Kalorien zu sich nimmt als man verbraucht so nimmt man ab. ABER nur weil etwas einfach ist, so ist es noch lange nicht leicht😐🙈. Ich liebe Essen und mein Gott ich liebe Schokolade und Süßes😂😂 #schokosüchtig. Es gab schon einen Grund warum ich so übergewichtig war, dass kam definitiv nicht von zu viel Sport oder zu wenig Essen. Nur das Alles einzusehen und zu ändern, auch wenn es manchmal gar nicht lustig ist und schon gar nicht leicht, das ist der Punkt bei dem Ganzen🙈. Aber es lohnt sich, auch wenn es manchmal härter ist als man denkt und auch wenn man oft hinfällt und wieder in alte Muster fällt #passiertmirauchmanchmal 😅. Wenn man immer wieder aufsteht und weitermacht, genau dann kann man alles schaffen, denn keiner von uns ist perfekt #ichmachmehrfehleralsmirliebist 😂💪😏. Also glaubt nicht das Alles immer bei jedem perfekt ist, denn das stimmt einfach nicht. Habt einen fantastischen Montag❤💕😘😊

Vitamini i minerali su veoma vazni za zdravlje jer sudjeluju u puno biokemijskih procesa vaznih za normalno funkcioniranje vaseg organizma. Oni pomazu jacanju imunoloskog sustava, podrzavaju normalan rast i razvoj, te stanice i organi vaseg tijela bolje obavljaju svoju zadacu uz njihovu prisutnost.
