💪💪💪 Knocked this out today and got through 22:30 of the workout!! One thing I have learned on this journey is to listen to your body and my body said no more but man it felt so good to sweat it out today! I am so excited about this challenge I'm on and I have the best coach possible for me! I'm sure there are tons of great coaches but I love that mine is so open and honest! 2 days down and 79 more to go! .

We're 2 weeks into January and I hope your goals are continuing to push you forward, I hope your mindset is positive and I hope you're in the process of learning steadfastness in your fitness journey! Everyday is different...sometimes it's the easiest thing to workout and sometimes it's a STRUGGLE. BUT be encouraged, when we can learn the discipline to 'do it anyway' because that's where we find growth and that's where the true change happens! It's a daily refining process 🙂

So if you're the person who's new to the gym/studio, don't be nervous, because we're SO excited to have you and cheer you on!
If you're the person who's now a regular, make space for the newer people, smile, introduce yourself and have a kind word for them because we all started somewhere too!

WEEK 2 of the @cleansimpleeats meal challenge is underway and I couldn’t be happier about ordering my groceries online! All thanks to you guys. I even went a step further and had them delivered so the only effort I put in was coming up with this victory dance. 💃🏼

Yesterday’s food log. 😍

This doesn’t even include the breakfast burrito I had before my workout! So much food, but it’s all FUELING my body. Not only does it taste good but it’s filling me up and helping me push through my workouts + recover for the next day.
Only a day and a half into this timed nutrition and I’m already hooked. I never felt starving yesterday (except when Jesse and i were running errands for longer than planned 😂) and I was never overly stuffed. 🙌🏼 I think I can get used to these spaced out smaller meals! 😍🎉 Have you ever done something similar to this?! How’d you like it, if you have?!

Week 3 - Day 1 of London training !! Started the day with my pilates class and boy did it feel gooood !! Can’t beat a good stretch out on a Monday morning 🙌🏻 Tonight I really felt the benefit of the extra stretching when I got to track . At track we did 1:5 Mile WP 5 x 50m x 5 , after each 50m we had an active 50m rest and then 5 mins rest between each rep . Then 400m CD . 💪♥️💪♥️💪 DAY 2 of my 81 DAY CHALLENGE! Did great yesterday and am excited to see results! I always lose around my rib cage first....stomach is last to go 😛😛! Feeling really good about the exercising....I just need to remind myself that some exercise is better than no exercise so give it your all with the time you have! I also got all my water in yesterday, which I usually have trouble doing! Love the challenge that my coach put me up to! .

W2D1 of #tiuloveyourbody complete. I finished the toning moves, plus Yoga Sculpt Total Body from #studiotoneitup ~ I had a much better day than yesterday thankfully, and I was glad to see some yoga on the schedule to help set my mind and body at ease. Just going to settle down in bed now, and practise some meditation before I go to sleep. 💕 ~
