Tonight's workout was Total Body Cardio Fix from @autumncalabrese 21 Day Fix workout. All I have to say about it is surrenders suck and this will workout every muscle in your body!

The struggle is real. Anxiety, stress, self doubt. 😔 You know what else if real? The confidence I'm getting back, the gains💪😎, the love and support, the mental clarity. I've been consistent for months now(it hasn't been perfect obvi) and I was thinking about how fast it's gone by. It's part of my routine now. 📅
- The last week was a mutha fuckin struggle. Maybe because things are changing, in a good way, maybe because the holidays are almost here, I don't know. But I do know that I AM SO THANKFUL for Keithy 🙏 and the rest of my family too.
👉 Really though, he is so supportive with EVERYTHING. My health and fitness groups, helping with school, I really couldn't ask for a better partner❤ 👉Btw my team is so motivating, Thank you!😍😘 Thats all you need! - motivation & accountability
- clean eating
- 30 min or more of workouts(they work if you do!!!!!)
- AND some bomb ass superfoods
I'm just sayin 🤓 get on it lova!

Monday night workout done ✅ I was not feeling like working out tonight, but I skipped last night because I felt like absolute 💩 so I knew I couldn’t skip another day... I made it through my workout so at least it’s done 😂 still feel like 💩 but at least it’s time for bed 👌my goal has been to be consistent with my nutrition and exercise and I can honestly say I’m feeling pretty good about it. I of course have my off days but I have been able to stay/ get back on track easily no longer than a day or 2 at a time that I might not be as good at nutrition or skipping one or 2 days of workout which is a big improvement from any of the other times I’ve been on this journey it was always extremely easy for me to make excuses and give up 🙈anyway not starting my thanksgiving week feeling the best but I’m not going to let it keep me from my goals... ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #journeytohealth #healthjourney #backtohealthy #backtohealth #weightlossdiary #weightlossfamily #sweatyselfie #progressnotperfection #postworkoutselfie #backtofitness #fitnessjourney #fitnotskinny #healthynotskinny #nevermissamonday #fitfam

Back at it! Completed #bbglegs week 7 today. I wasn’t looking forward to it since I missed last week bc I was sick, and thought I would be weak but felt pretty good!
Also just wanted to mention... I like how my legs look here, but it’s totally the angle. They aren’t this long and lean... working on that lean part, but just wanted to point out how easy it is to manipulate photos with a specific angle.

Body Like A Backroad💃🏻🛤 Honktonk Badonkadonk👢🍑 AND This Ain’t No Thinking Thing🚫🤔 are on there!!!!! I never imagined that trying some at home workouts (that I wasn’t sure I could even do) would lead to me being certified in two different live versions of those same workouts that I’ve come to LOVE😨😏🤨🤪😁 It’s amazing what one decision can do☝🏼Are you ready to make a change?🤷🏻‍♀️ I can help😘

Felt good to get a workout done on a Monday after a couple weeks of struggling. .
Plus!! It's Day One of Healthy Holidays Fitness grouo and we have all had an amazing start 💪

I'm so proud of all these amazing women who were brave enough to start and continue a fitness journey right before Thanksgiving and on into the rest of the holiday season. We got this as a TEAM!!

My Monday was slow torture... everything that could go wrong somehow went wrong... my processes are all based on a chain of events... today fell apart and my boss saw it as my fault, and I ended up in tears at my desk.
Maybe I am too sensitive... it it seriously hurts my feelings when something is blamed on me that was not my fault to begin with.... but that’s my life, how is yours??? For your sake, I hope everyone’s Monday was better then mine- which wouldn’t be too terribly hard LOL!
So here I am, just arriving to the gym at 945 pm.... but there was no stopping me tonight- besides the immediate mood life, I also will #nevermissamonday !
