This pic is one of the reasons we decided to switch or girls onto a raw diet. Only on day 5 and we can already notice little changes with both our girls again above pic being the most visable change so far stains (yeast)under the eyes starting to go.. really happy so far that we made the switch 😊👍 also to the people on here that gave us a few tips and pointers thanks appreciate it ☺

Reminder to all challenge participants...if you chose meal prepping over food logging, you must submit your meal plan and a picture of groceries by Monday. Also, if you opt to not cook your meals all in one day, you will need to submit cooked pictures throughout the week.
Our prep includes:
-Salmon
-Paleo Chicken Parmesan
-Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
-Texas Chili
-Turkey Meatloaf
-Sweet Potatoes -Brown Rice
-Broccoli
-Zoodles (zucchini noodles)

-Mixed Veggies

Don't let youself or anyone else get in your way! I told a friend it's all in the mind. For example When I would do pull ups, my goal was 25 straight pull-ups and I never did that many before non stop. I would get to around 13 pull ups in a row and my subconscious would kick in and say you good at 15, you tired, you just did a lot before this, get down rest and do 10 more, even somebody around would try to distract me. Crazy (haters). But I had to tell myself hell no! 15, 16, 17, by time I hit 20, I got this burst of energy! The last 5 was nothing. Then I would do a few more to kill the negative bull 💩! NOW!😡 By not letting myself get in my own way and others of a goal that I never accomplish before, I did something I never thought I could do. Look and feel better than ever at 40 year's old. I didn't break under the pressure😰. Your 9 to 5 can control your money and sometimes you have to compromise time for friends and family, but one thing no-one can not control is your mind, body, and soul.💪
If it's important to you, you will find a way, if not you will find an excuse. No excuses!!!!! Let get it!

Had a bit of a surprise this morning looking around in the Organic Garden 🌎🥕😯 This is a “Daikon Radish” I experimented with starting from seed last summer... it grows well, and will definitely be a keeper for my gardens to come 💪 Daikon Radishes are native to Japan, and are 💯 delish~🇯🇵🇯🇵

✨ New Start ✨✨

Last week I decided I’d give my IG account a new start. I had been experimenting for a while and my account no longer resonated with my message. -
I became a nutritionist because I know what we eat has a substantial impact on how we feel (short term) and our health (long term). -
In the past I was hesitant to post my meals because I have a restricted diet (I do not eat gluten+oats, and I limit dairy), and didn’t want people to believe this is the way to go. Also I had two trolls: people telling me I was a wrong model for reasons that didn’t make sense. -
This has now changed, I am no longer hesitant in what I have to do. I do eat well, and I am going to post what I prepare at home. I may be a mother of a toddler + wife + full-time nutritionist, this doesn’t mean that I neglect my food. I am responsible to feed my family, so I prepare most of my meals from scratch in under 30 min. I have better things to do than be a slave in the kitchen.

I hope to give you some inspiration. I rarely use a recipe (or I will mention it), instead I just assemble food. You see, good+tasty food doesn’t have to be complicated. It just requires a bit of time and good ingredients.

A days worth of meals for someone with lactose intolerance or a dairy allergy might not be difficult to put together, but I wanted to emphasize the importance of getting enough calcium from other sources if you do avoid dairy. The recommendation for adults under 50 is 1000 mg/day.

Breakfast: dairy-free English muffin with eggs, avocado, everything but the bagel seasoning, and an orange. You can also do orange juice fortified with calcium!

Lunch: sesame seed tofu with soba noodles, radishes, carrots, and dark leafies. Tofu is an excellent source of calcium! Just 1/2 cup can have around 300mg of calcium! About the same as a cup of cows milk. .

Dinner: turkey and bean chili, cup of almond milk, side salad, piece of cornbread made with almond milk
