CHEESE LEMON MUFFIN

Bahan :
250 gr tepung terigu
125 gr gula pasir
40 gr butter > lelehkan
50 gr minyak goreng
2 butir telur
150 gr yogurt kental
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt baking soda
1/2 sdt garam
1 buah lemon > parut kulitnya, peras utk mendapatkan air lemon.
Keju cheddar secukupnya utk topping > potong dadu

Cara membuat :
1. Campur bahan kering : tepung, gula, baking powder, baking soda, garam, parutan kulit lemon. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
2. Campur bahan basah : telur, yogurt, air lemon. Kocok ringan. Tambahkan butter leleh dan minyak. Aduk rata dengan spatula.
3. Tuang sedikit demi sedikit bahan basah ke bahan kering. Aduk rata dengan spatula dengan metode aduk balik. Aduk secukupnya saja. Jangan sampai over mix.
4. Tuang adonan ke cetakan muffin yang sdh dioles butter. Beri potongan keju.
5. Panggang dengan suhu 180C kurleb 30-35 menit sesuai oven masing2.

Adonan kental banget jadi tuang ke cetakannya dengan sendok. Teksturnya lembut khas adonan pake yogurt. 😍

| Et si on attendait Noël avec une bonne fournée de muffins ? 🎄💫|⠀

Hello Dimanche ! 🌧 Aujourd'hui je me suis levée motivée et j'avais plutôt intérêt parce qu'avec le déluge qu'il y a dehors, je pouvais vite retourner me blottir sous la couette. Breeef. J'ai attaqué ma journée avec une bonne grosse séance abdos, gainage et pour le reste de la journée, ce sera cuisine bien sûr ! Quoi de mieux qu'un temps pourri pour passer sa journée aux fourneaux ? 😄⠀

Le muffin c'est ma viennoiserie préférée ! Dès que je mets les pieds dans une boulangerie qui en propose, vous pouvez être sûr que j'en ressors avec un. Ici, vous trouverez une recette pour réaliser 12 muffins qui gonflent bien car pour moi c'est la base. Des muffins réussis doivent être bien gonflés 😍 (à l'américaine quoi !). Pour faire une petite déco de Noël, je me suis amusée à faire des petits sapins, des étoiles et des étoiles filantes simplement en faisant fondre du chocolat noir. Puis j'ai réalisé mes formes sur du papier alu à l'aide d'un cure-dent. Une fois le chocolat refroidi, je les ai plantés sur mes muffins. Voilà, voilà. J'espère ravir les papilles de tous les fanas de muffins qui passeront par ici ! 😘 ⠀

Anyways, I like zoats. It’s a way to add a nutrient-dense low-calorie veggie without much notice. But I changed things up and turned the oatmeal into muffins!
Recipe below ⬇️ Let me know how they are if you try them!

Zucchini Bread Muffins
Ingredients:
• 1 cup oat flour or 1 cup oats blended or processed into flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 cup fresh grated zucchini
• 1 small container (4oz) unsweetened apple sauce
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place 5 muffin parchment liners into separate muffin tray compartments. I like @paperchef culinary parchment, because they’re non-stick!
2. Mix together oat flour and baking powder.
3. Add and mix in zucchini, apple sauce and maple syrup.
4. Pour batter evenly into muffin liners and bake for 30 minutes.

If you’re in the baking 👩‍🍳 mood this weekend, headed to a potluck breakfast or brunch, I have something for you. 🧡

Muffins. No added sugar CARROT muffins. 🥕 Sweetened only with the sugars naturally found in the carrots and fruit. Plus stevia. #vegantoo
My kids gobbled them up and asked me to make them again, so if that’s anything to go by, I’d say these are a crowd-pleaser.

Had one of these banana-blueberry whole wheat muffins as a quick "breakfast" before morning practice today. Recipe➡️ from @kimscravings
1½ cups spelt, whole wheat, whole wheat pastry or all-purpose flour (I used spelt flour.)
1½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
29 grams or 1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (yes- I really love cinnamon, if you're not as fond, a teaspoon will do)
3 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 2 cups)
2 cage-free organic eggs
½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
And I just added some blueberries to the mix 😋
Perfect for a quick snack or grab and go breakfast

🍘Muffin salgado🍘

2 cl (sopa) de requeijão
1/2 xíc de iogurte natural
1 cl (sopa) de azeite
2 ovos levemente batidos
2 cl (sopa) de farelo de aveia
1/2 xícara de queijo ralado
1 cl (chá) de fermento em pó
.
👉Essa é a base! A partir daqui vai da sua criatividade (ou do que tiver na geladeira 🙈😅)!
.
No da foto eu coloquei:
Milho, ervilha e temperos (sal, pimenta do reino, orégano, cebola desidratada, alho em pó e cheiro verde desidratado).
.
👉Coloque 1 xícara bem cheia do "acompanhamento" escolhido.
.
.
➡Misture todos os ingredientes da base com um garfo e em seguida acrescente os demais ingredientes;
.
➡ Coloque em forminhas ou em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° por + ou - 25 minutos.
.
.
Dicas:
👉Eu sempre tenho coisinhas congeladas aqui em casa (dessas de mercado mesmo), mix de legumes picadinhos, ervilhas (amo!), brócolis, entre outros. O custo benefício é excelente e quebra um galhão quando a geladeira tá vazia ou tá faltando criatividade (leia-se disposição);
.
👉Quando vou usar esses congelados, coloco água para ferver em uma panelinha e só dou um "susto", 2 minutinhos é o suficiente. Depois é só escorrer bem e usar;
.
👉São inúmeras possibilidades: cenoura, brócolis, espinafre, alho poró, músculo desfiado (tem receita aqui no feed), tomate e queijo, vagem....
.
👉Experimente usar novos temperos! Um erva diferente dá novo sabor ao legume de todo dia!

Chocolate banana oat breakfast muffins anyone?
These are super quick and easy to make and contain no refined sugars
Recipe ⬇️
Enough to make 3 small brekkie muffins
In a bowl mash 1 banana
Mix in 2 egg whites
2 scoops of @thatprotein blissful brown rice cacao
1 tsp @naturesheartsuperfoods cacao
1 sachet of @quakeroatsuk original protein porridge
A sprinkle of flax
Give it a good mix pour in to cake cases and bake for 15 mins. Thats all it is takes 10 mins to prep and are a super easy quick post workout brekkie.

Having a lazy morning here eating these amazing, healthy, wild blueberry muffs from @littlebrokenblog with my morning coffee. It feels so good and apparently I REALLY needed some extra sleep. Eye mask + earplugs is the key for me. I made these with almond milk, whole wheat and maple and they are perfect with my morning ☕️ there’s a link to her blog post in my bio☝🏿. I do have my workout and TIU challenge moves, yoga, work and a dentist appt later so soaking in this down time like a boss, kitten by my side 💙

Banana Chocochip Muffin
#buatanmamatania
Bahan :
- 3buah pisang uk sedang
- 1 butir Telur uk besar
- 90 gula pasir ( aslinya 110gr )
- 40 gr minyak sayur/canola
- 45 gr butter cairkan suhu ruang
- 1/2 sdt essens vanilla

Bahan B
- 190gr Tepung Segitiga
- 1 sdt Bp double acting
- 1/2 sdt Baking Soda.
- sesuai selera Chochocips/Kismis
- sejumput garam
- 1/2 sdt Cinnamon Bubuk ( me : SKIP )

Cara buat
1.Bahan A : Aduk semua jadi 1 pake whisk dalam kom,sisihkan (pisangnya jgn lupa dlumatkan dlu ya, biar gampang ngaduknya)
2. Bahan B : aduk semua jadi 1 pake whisk,lalu masukkan ke dalam bahan A,aduk sampe bahan basah kecampur bahan kering aja,kalo berlebihan pasti BANTET *Tuang dalam loyang/papercup
3. Panggang dalam oven skitar 180- 190drjt selama 20-25 menit

Jangan bosen2 ya liat Banana Muffin nya mama Tania hahaha... Cuma mau berbagi tips aja, biar temen2 ada bayangan nya pas ngbaking dan ga gagal hasilnya.. krn buat saya, kalo yg rebake berhasil, saya pun ikutan happy hehe.. Kira2 seperti ini ya konsistensi adonan nya, inget2 selalu, DO NOT OVER MIX.. Ga mau donk klo jadi bantet, sayang bahan dan tenaga juga 😁😁 selamat mencoba... Step by step ada dfoto sebelah ya...

Ini step by stepnya ya teman2.. Beneran super gampang.. Ga perlu pke mixer, cm modal bowl & whisk utk aduk2, cucian pun juga ga banyak dan hasilnya sungguh memuaskan hehehe... cobain deh, beneran enak, moist dan rasa pisang nya bener2 legit..

Kalo baking si muffin ini, kuncinya cm 2, yaitu pas proses pengadukkan jgn tll lama, krn bakalan bs BANTET, asal ud kecampur rata, stop ngaduk lg dan pas manggang jgn klamaan, nti moist nya bs hilang, malah jd muffin kering hehehe.. Dan seperti dfoto y, tiap cup saya isi ga full, biar dptnya banyak dan sekali makan ga tll banyak 😅😅
