Had to snatch this from my #InstaStory since I recorded everything from my leg day on insta story. So this was at the very end of my Leg Day I did 135 x 10, 185 x 8, 225 x 6, 275 x 4 and I was going to do 315 x 2 but I said let’s go a little heavier for a set of 1 with 335LBS. I believe I could have did more reps, but wasn’t really trying to push it. My Front Squat is pretty strong, but it’s time to get that a tad bit stronger. Had a quick Leg Day with a lot of high reps involved. Good Leg Day. Sorry for the crappy footage lol

SWIPE ⬅️LEFT for the Workout
The Ladies of CKO Bayonne killed it.
9:30am was Crushed!
We hit 3 different workouts, a round of circuit work and an ab finisher.
It was all left on the gym floor, sweat and pain.
But this is what gets you better in the long run.
My Small Group classes are Sundays at @ckojerseycity
8am, and Tuesdays 9:30am at @ckobayonne

Didn’t have any fresh fruit on hand so had to use my frozen bananas that look like 💩, but at least my peanut butter blob was on point👌🏻

In my bowl: @kp_ingitsimple egg white oats, peanut butter, cacao nibs, frozen bananas, and Kashi cereal

Sidenote: if anybody knows a brand of granola that is pretty chunky/ clustery, COMMENT OR DM ME! I love granola with all my heart (after chocolate of course) but I have yet to find a really chunky granola I can easily get and like! Lemme know!

Rocking my favorite daisy pants from @wearittoheart for this 20 min bodyweight AMRAP that you can do anywhere.
10 burpees - 50 squats
10 burpees - 40 sit ups
10 burpees - 30 push ups
10 burpees - 20 lunges w/ overhead hold
10 burpees - 10 inchworms + in/our hop

I am a constant work in progress and I am loving this journey!
That first day was TOUGH and it’s been challenging since then, but I’m seeing and feeling so many changes, it is all kinds of awesome!!!
At the end of phase 1 (on day 26 when these pics were taken) I was able to do more moves full-out, modify way less, use heavier weights, and stronger resistance loops. It’s also been huge for my mental wellbeing. Oh, and I lost 8 lbs and 7.5 inches!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
And it’s not just me — there’s an awesome group of gals doing this program alongside me! Here’s what they’re saying:
“The results are in: 5.8 lbs down and 7 inches, -4 from my waist alone!”
