My dear friend of mine, Jenny Labaw, ran 500 miles across the state of Colorado in 2015 to raise awareness for epilepsy. 1 in 26 people will be effected by epilepsy in their lifetime. So today, 10/19, she is remembering her run and continuing her mission of raising awareness. She asks that we all join her in this mission and complete a workout. I made the EmPack version below :) Run 1 mile (substitite for 8 minutes of cardio of choice, push yourself here!) 26 Burpees over EmPack

Today is a special day in my life. 2 years ago today I finished a 500 mile run across Colorado for epilepsy awareness in an event I created called #MoveMountains. For the last 2 years on the anniversary of my run we continue to have this special day to honor those living with epilepsy and their caregivers, to spread awareness and get a good workout in at the same time.

All of this wouldn't be possible without this incredible woman pictured here by my side. @tory_zellick is one of the WILDest women I know. She is my massage therapist and was with me to keep my body functioning every step of that 500miles. She was there for a shoulder to cry on when shit got real hard. She was there to make me laugh at some of the best memories I have! She is one of my best friends!
