It's Sunday morning and if like myself you had a few alcoholic beverages last night,
then get yourself to a treadmill or your nearest park and get them sprints in!
You feel brilliant the rest of the Day! 😉👍 30 sec on
30 sec I personally started at 13 km increasing 0.5km every 30 second until I got to my top speed of 17.5km.
I done 3 sprints at 17.5km before working my way back down 0.5km every 30 second until I was back to a light jog at 11.5km.
finished with a 2 minute walk

135lb Barbell Back Squats.
40 Straight Reps.

This is my first time ever squatting this much reps consistently with minimal rest.
My high rep PR for 135lb back squats was 30 reps but i had on my tough super heavy knee sleeves from EliteFTS and my Adidas weightlifting shoes.
This time around I had on my soft Rehband knee sleeves and my usual adidas weightlifting shoes.
This was my second set of squats for the day. Before that I actually warmed up with my last PR at 30 reps and then I left the gym, went to my car and got my tripod to record this shit. By the 25th rep i was already exhuated but i pushed through.

Anyways; I had a lower back pull a month ago and before that i had a lat pulled; both injuries from deadlifting way too much weight and I hardly rested. Well i learned my lesson.

New Goals:
1: Prioritizing all my workouts to reflect either metabolic condition & improving form for all major lifts.
2: More cardiovascular activity and explosive movements/workouts to lose body fat but keep as much muscle as possible
3: Completing an obscene amount of reps for all exercises to test my limits.

Ein weit verbreitetes Problem bei der Kniebeuge: Der Butt-Wink. In der tiefen Kniebeuge kippt das Becken - der untere Rücken rundet sich. Man macht einen Buckel. Scherkräfte wirken auf die Lendenwirbelsäule. Ohne Gewicht auf dem Rücken kein Problem. Aber mit der Langhantel auf den Schultern birgt das ein Risiko für Rückenschmerzen.

Daher den "Butt-Wink" minimieren. Aber wie? An der Beweglichkeit arbeiten? Kann helfen.

Oder aber: An Stabilität und Atmung feilen. Die Füße in den Boden schrauben - Spannung im Gesäß aufbauen. Den rechten Fuß im Uhrzeigersinn verschrauben. Den linken entgegengesetzt. Diese Stabilität halten.

Die Atmung: Den Brustkorb nach unten drücken bei der Ausatmung. Dann in den Bauch einatmen. Dabei die seitlichen Bauchmuskeln nach außen drücken. Den gesamten Rumpf mit Luft füllen...Bauch, Flanken und den unteren Rücken - 360 Grad.
