Fresh new week folks. It's "Make It Happen" Monday! Morning beautiful people 💪🏽👊🏼
Today I wanted to start off my morning with some light intensity interval training. Also threw it some explosive push-ups and bear crawls on the turf. Definitely a great burn, even a Greater chance of pace FULL BODY WORKOUT.

⏰Time: many of us say we never have enough time for "this" or for "that"- a lot of times I hear "I just don't have the time to workout." .
.
Well, think about all you do in a day. Do you watch TV for an hour? .
.
Do you take a nap? .
.
Do you have a lunch break? .
.
And probably for many people out there- do you mindlessly spend hours scrolling through instagram? .
.
All of that time you're using with any of the things above you could be dedicating to your fitness goals.
.
For me personally- the only 'TIME' I really have to workout is in the mornings around 5:30-6:00AM. Am I tired? Sure. But- my fitness goals matter to me so I'm making the time for them by getting up a little earlier and giving myself that hour to dedicate to my workout- first thing in the morning and then go about my busy day afterward. .
This isn't to say you should workout in the morning as well. You could use your lunch break at work to get in a quick 30 minute workout even outside with you own body weight or bring a resistance band or simply going for a walk. .

Watching your favorite TV show? Fit in exercises during the commercials like crunches, squats, push-ups etc. or if you have a bike or treadmill at home, watch your favorite show while doing cardio. .
.
It's simple to fit in a workout when you make the time for it. Remember- if something is important to you, you will ALWAYS make the time ⏱

It felt nice to finally run pain free and not out of breath. It also wasn’t that cold outside. I ALMOST didn’t get up early this morning to workout! I laid in bed, convincing myself to just do a stretching workout (because it would be easy 😂), but I said NO!! 🙅🏼 It’s Thanksgiving week!! ❤️ I gotta keep it together and get this ISH done so I can hit my year end goals!! 🙌🏼👊🏼

It’s SO easy to slip into that mindset and to give up this time of year...but ain't no body have time for thattttt!! 😂👍🏼👏🏼 My FITmas 🎄 accountabilty group starts next week! I would love to have you as another one of my accountability partners so together we can help each other stay on track!! 👏🏼
