My mind is getting on the way. Today sucked, and I went home, because everything I did sucked. I thought I was having a good day, until I almost went down with 135 pounds on my shoulders. Then I sucked at deadlifting. Started phase 2 (week 5 actually) of 80 day obsession this morning. The horses didn’t care. All they cared about was that they were fed early this morning. In fact I had my breakfast before and workout in by 7 this morning.
That’s the great part of following a program like this. It helps me be more structured and organized. I can’t “find” the time to make sure I can fit my workout in and get our food on the table.
I need to plan for it! Totally against my nature🙈#ontrack

Guess who’s back? 😂 #successneversleeps! Wearingy other @scripted_ tank! Walking up to the #weightroom this afternoon & I’m there to find the booty that’s been missing. 1st #legday in too long. 😑 It was hard af, but I did what I could in my limited time & focused on the major muscles groups with #squats & #lunges on the #bosuball of course 😉 I’m stillllll not 100% but I think the other day was helpful. I NEED #exercise in my life. I’m unhappy without it. I want my #strength back more than anything too, but I know to listen to my body. So we’ll see how I do after today’s #workout. .
