I skipped my #morningrun today because I woke up having a great hair day... just kidding. I had my 1st parent teacher conference & didn’t wake up early enough to do it all. I switched my #upperbodyworkout a bit to the upstairs #weightroom & felt so #strong today 💪🏻 I really needed that. After my #workout I was able to nail #crowpose on the #bosuball 🙌🏻 I figured out how I needed to start the #yogapose to get just the right #balance 🙏🏻 Now to keep it up. And I’m hoping for more #yoga in my future 😉 .

• welp, it’s been one month since i started working out and eating more seriously and healthy 💁🏼‍♀️🥑

i have lost a total of 5 < real & consistent > pounds since october 19th. within the month, at times the scale would show i was down 9 lbs & sometimes 7 lbs. however, i think those days aligned with the stars as well as my digestion in the mornings 😝🤷🏼‍♀️ so I’ll take a real 5 lb loss in 4 weeks, FOR SURE 🙋🏼‍♀️

i have seen a huge difference in my arm definition, the definition in my abs, my overall mood, my overall happiness & noticed my clothes fitting better 🙌🏻👏🏻

i used to run 1 mile before my workouts. in one month i have worked my way up to a 2.5 miles run prior to any weight training i do💪🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

Another #familyfitness Saturday!!! I managed to have a great #upperbodyworkout amongst the crazy crowded #gym people today. And yes, I am standing on 1 leg on the #bosuball #lifting & attempting to take a quick picture 😂😂😂 Kids all had their activities & got in their #fitness too!

it is like any other lasagna but NO meat 🙅🏼‍♀️🥩🥓 and one half has vegan cheese and the other half has regular mozzarella and parmesan. the layers are separated with noodles, an avocado sauce 🥑, mixed veggies 🥒🥕🍅, and one of the two cheeses listed above 💪🏻👏🏻

These past 2 days have been such a roller coaster. I finally learned what’s causing the crazy fatigue I’ve been experiencing- 3 separate issues 🤦🏼‍♀️ But I’m still showing up despite what’s going on & getting it done day to day 💪🏻🏋🏼‍♀️ I wasn’t able to #run this morning but I did yesterday & squeezed in time at the #gym both days. I’m not letting my health issues hold me back & I’ll do the best I can & take it a day at a time. .

Today I got it on video! 100 lbs on the bench press, this time, banded. Last week was with no bands. Today was a good day, even with a very sore shoulder from last night. Let this be a lesson, on what not to do, when somebody ask you to spot them on a #squat.
First. #donttouchmyfuckingbelt
Second. If you are going to spot from behind, don't touch my fucking bar if I don't ask for help.
Third: you don't spot squats from behind, like you are spotting a fucking bench press. Just say, I don't know how to squat. Everybody that lifts will appreciate your honesty.
Fourth: don't try give form advice to people that are not interested. Looking up to the ceiling while squatting, is not good form. So, STFU.
Thanks to this guy, I failed my PR today. And I had it. 205lbs, it didn't felt heavy, and I felt confident. But when somebody, suddenly, out of nowhere, grabs your bar, and then puts it back on your shoulders, you leave that person with a sore shoulder, a sore lower back, and a pissed off mood.

Oh my goodness!!! It was sooo cold this morning, & I’m a wimp when it comes to #coldweather. Days like today I️ wonder how I️ lived in New England. I️ did better in south Florida, when I️ wasn’t pregnant. Lol. (I️ was pregnant there twice!) I️ could barely tolerate the cold on my face & my #morningrun was cut short. Then my #workout at the #gym was broken up as I️ needed to video my older daughters dance routine & then get my littlest from her gymnastics. But I️ got most of it done & that’s better than none! 💪🏻

it’s been 3 weeks since i seriously started this diet/fitness journey. i currently weigh 165 <pre baby weight> which is down from my starting weight of 174. Only 10 more lbs to goooo 💁🏼‍♀️🥑😝
