I increased weight and some band colors today as well. I liked the 3 X 10 grouping!!! Now to have some Recover and clementines....kind of like chocolate covered orange. Nice treat after a great workout.

Бывают дни когда приходишь с боевым настроем, а по итогу слабая тренировка. А бывает наоборот, как сегодня)) Не выспалась, чуть не отморозила нос пока ждала такси из детской поликлиники-на улице, кстати больше -30 с ветром эт я увидела когда допела песню в сториз😅 И лень.... а такая получилась продуктивная тренировка! 📌приседания 4х15/15
📌становая тяга 4х15/17,5
📌выпады 2х20/8
📌болгарские 1х10/8
📌жим платформы 3х15/15
📌ягодичный мостик 2х20/10

Решили сегодня разбирать ёлку. Ну хоть начать. Дело то непростое, явно затянется. Хорошо если не до весны 🙈 Илай вызвался помочь. А родителей умные психологи как учат - если дитятко вознамерилось вам оказать помощь , то не препятствуйте. Даже если пользы будет ноль, и потом после такой помоши полдня придётся убираться самой. Ведь скажете сейчас "я сама" , потом всю жизнь "сама" и делать все будете. Поскольку вырастет эгоист, который тарелочку за собой не уберет🙈В итоге, новогоднее дерево как стояло, так и стоит😆 Вместо этого достали из закромов еще одну гирлянду и пофоткали с ней Илая😆😆😆💖 Но ведь здорово получился "мамин помощник", а?) .

As a woman, it’s more often than not our nature to selflessly give to others fully and completely.

What we often fail to do is give ourselves the same energy that we give to others and as a result, we suffer. We suffer mentally, physically, emotionally. Sometimes we become resentful if we haven’t created that space for ourselves. .
.

But we have to change the trajectory. More women as diagnosed with mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression, and this impacts our quality of life greatly.

Here are 3 simple (maybe not easy) things we as women can do daily to save ourselves:

1. 💆🏾‍♀️Make time for yourself-Take inventory of where you’re spending your time and put yourself on your schedule. Even if it’s just 20-30 minutes, veg out with some mindless t.v., workout, ready, study your bible, take a bath...just do something that doesn’t require you to be in the service of others. .
.
.
2. 🥗Eat like you give a damn-So many of us don’t know that eating recklessly can have a great impact not only on our physical, but our mental and emotional capacity as well. Certain foods can affect our little neurotransmitters in our body and some of these affect our mood. We must put energizing food into our bodies. Our bodies require that we are feeding it foods that give us life (think green fibrous veggies). Just starting your day with greens sets you up for increased energy and supports a health and positive mood. .

3. 🕰Remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day. We overestimate how much we can do in a day or week, but underestimate how much we can accomplish in a monthly, quarter, or a year. Trying to do too much will cause us to burn out quickly and it effects our sense of fulfillment and for some out self-esteem when we take on too much and aren’t able to keep up or follow through. Prioritize what’s important right now, develop a plan about how best you will get this handled and drop the ball where you can. You don’t and CAN’T do everything or be everywhere for everyone, so stop it!

Petite photo de l'un de mes babys. Ça y est, ils portent des vêtements en 1 mois maintenant. On commence à leur mettre des petites tenues le week-end et pour sortir (sinon c'est pyjama). Ça les change c'est fou, ils nous paraissent plus grands ✅ Total look #kiabi .

Cet aprem on a rdv chez la pédiatre pour les vaccins (j'appréhende...) et pour lui poser plein de questions parce que là c'est plus possible... Entre les coliques et les regurgitations qui empirent. En plus pendant et après le biberon ils pleurent et se tortillent, ça me fend le coeur. La nuit ils tiennent 9h sans biberon mais c'est toujours pas 9h de sommeil 😑 Je vais les emmener chez l'ostéo sous peu, ça ne pourra faire que du bien. Sinon ça y est on a réussi à caler des heures fixes pour les biberons🖒C'est pas le rythme définitif mais on adaptera quand ils feront des nuits plus longues
Oh et on commence à avoir les 1ers vrais sourires 😍
