One of my New Years resolutions this year is to eat more veggies, so a Whole Foods salad for lunch was in order today!!! 🥗🥒
For those of you who’ve followed me for a while, you know I work as a nutritionist in real life (not a fake “IG” nutritionist that you see everywhere, I have multiple degrees in nutrition/health- feel like i have to specify these days 😂). But even though I counsel people all day, every day in eating better, importance of veggies, improving health, etc., sometimes it’s easy to forget about myself! Just goes to show you that anyone can struggle with proper nutrition, it isn’t just “easy” for me because I work in nutrition. I actually went to school for nutrition because I was really overweight and wanted to take control of myself, so believe me, I know eating healthy is hard, but just do your best to make small changes over time and I promise you’ll see results if you stick with it!! 😜#eatyourveggies #asaladaday

Hey guys!! Can’t we talk about gut health and micronutrients for a secoooonnndd?!

I get asked all the time about what supplements I take, so I thought I would share here since this specific supplement has been a GAME CHANGER!

I’ve started using @1stphorm #optigreens50 over a month ago and have noticed some major changes in my energy, increased my immune functions, my glucose response, inflammation, my digestion and ummm my 💩 schedule. I’m far less bloated, especially during that time of the month.
