After a massive leg session, I love/hate leaving this baby to the end. If you are after mass never leave this out of your workout. When you are tired and have nothing left in you jump on the hack for the ultimate pump 💪💪💪
Medicine ball is for support if you have issues with your knees caving in but I like to have it as It isolates and targets quads more.

If you ever feel the beginning of any “crud” start to come on, RUN to the closest Starbucks and get a Medicine Ball. After having a broken nose for over 8 years, the slightest thing will trigger a sinus infection that never fails to turn into a nightmare of a sore throat, before settling in my chest. MB Lateral Slam is great for anterior core work • lock the ribcage down
• rotate your hips
• hinge your hips
• feel your stomach, lats, glutes all work together
