THIS is what I LOVE about my meal plan, it’s EASY!!! No weighing or counting 🙌🏻
Before this plan I counted my macros 😏 and it was seriously a pain in the ASSS every food had a different count and had to be accounted for SEPARATELY😖 talk about STRESSFUL! My plan now split it up into categories that I eat so all I have to do I make a big batch of veggies, fruit, meat, etc scoop and go! Yup, it’s that EASY! -

Busy morning in the kitchen meal prepping for another successful week! **

Meal prep done for the week 🖤
I ran out of time on the weekend so I have done it this morning so I stay on track this week. ✨ Banana caramel muffins ✨ Oats with chia seeds, cinnamon, coconut, cashews (just need to add almond milk & blueberries in the mornings) ✨ Homemade beans perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner ✨ Mixed veggies to have with lunch or dinner. Just need to add protein!
Meal prep is key to staying on track and makes life so much easier for the week ahead 👌

I think my fitstagram is becoming a food gram 🙃 oh well, a nice and healthy body begins in the kitchen! For week 2 of #whole30 I went off recipes in the book (mostly) Most of my grocery haul is in the last photo 😋

Breakfast: (not pictured)
3 eggs
Avocado
Blueberries
Coffee and almond milk

Lunch:(second picture)
Turkey chili [ground turkey, chicken stock, bell peppers, onion, potatoes, and tomatoes]

Veggies [broccoli, onion, bell peppers, green beans]

Carrots
Cucumbers

I like to save my fav meal for last since I never want to eat at the end of the day! So far I’m loving whole 30, this weeks goal is to get used to eating only meals and no snacks between!

Dinner! It would have been easy to resort to a quick and unhealthy dinner after a long weekend working, but the salmon was marinating ready to bake, the veggies were in the freezer, and the yam and apple bake just needed heating. By prepping earlier, this dinner took only 18 minutes before I devoured it! #planningahead
