Day 78: Project get my ABS back 👙.

Burn today, stronger tomorrow. Nothing ever came from sitting on our ass and crying over spilled milk, but we always have a choice. Either take a moment, a deep breather, scream out loud and then do something about it. I know it’s hard to take that first step and you might look at me and think “Yeah, easy for you to say, you look great.” But you forget that I didn’t always look this way. That I too had to make that very same choice. That I too sat there for months and cried over that spilled milk, but one day I just could’ve take it any more and so I did something g about it and that one decision single handedly changed the course of my life.
.

So I ask you, what are you waiting for? Please don’t tell me, until the kids get a little bigger because that’s an excuse. Do me a favor, take a few minutes today and look yourself in the mirror, tell me what you see and you decide weather that beauty staring back at you is worth it because I know she is, her children know she is, now if only you believed that she is. Work on that my friend and when you are ready to clean that mess-up, you know where to find me 😘

MEAL PREP TIME.

Sheet pan veggies, my fave because it’s so quick and easy that you can make this with your eyes closed.
.
Prewashed veggies of choice I have.
.
#portobellomushrooms .
#brusselsprouts.
#butternutsquash .
#broccoli .
.
Pre-heat oven to 380.
Spray sheet with #coconutoil .
Place your veggies on your sheet pan.
Add some nuggets of grass fed butter like #kerrygoldbutter .
Drizzle with #organicmaplesyrup
Put in the oven for about 25-30 minutes and sit back and relax while your veggies roast.

It’s a perfect veggies option for those that are short on time, yet want a healthy option, should be all of us 😂.

Bagi sy meninggalkan segala kegiatan aktifitas dan pekerjaan untuk memberikan senyum mereka ketika bersama2 adalah yg paling berharga dr semua..
Ya meninggalkan ibukota,meninggalkan segala hiruk pikuknya, dan memilih tinggal di daerah bukanlah suatu hal yg mudah.. banyak hal baru yg harus sy lakukan, termasuk adaptasi keberlangsungan anak2 khususnya babang dan nasywa.. 2 bulan adalah waktu yg paling berat sebenarnya apalagi harus di barengi dg nasywa yg kena gatal2 krn alergi air dan udara, repotnya jika kemana2 yah harus seperti picture di atas 😂😂😍😘 .... tapi semua itu cukup memberikan pelajaran dan bekal untuk lebih mantap tinggal di kota dingin Ini..
Karena sy bisa lebih dekat dg anak pertama dan keluarga .. hanya itu..

Feeling MUCH better today but little Madison is a little stuffed up tonight so turned on the humidifier and hopefully that kicks it in the butt before it gets worse. Mama got her workout in and now is going to catch up on her TV show that she should probably stop watch Teen Mom 😬 anyone else have a show like this?? Lol I have a few.
I’m kind of excited that the actually week is starting so we can get back to all our fun stuff Madi and I! And by the way I was having one of those days where it was hot mess hair but I was kind of loving it!

Since being cleared to resume exercise, one thing I’m really learning is balancing and finding the time to fit in a workout between naps, feeds and all other non-baby related responsibilities. Today was exactly this. While little one napped, I set out on mission to get a list of things done: deep clean the house, pick up& put away groceries, workout and shower. However, as I’m sure all you mamas can relate, plans like these are more like lofty dreams. So with everything but a workout and shower achieved by the time little one awoke, i decided to keep moving forward. With my hands full (literally), I thought I’d improvise and get in a lower body workout all awhile giving my girl her much needed post-nap snuggles. And you know what? 6 years ago I became a mom - I also was faced with 70 lbs to lose - a demanding corporate full time job - depression- anxiety - self hate - and total lack of a support system 😔
.
Within 5 months of becoming a mama I learned a few things - 1) I couldn’t stand the idea of working while my baby was raised by daycare no matter how good my job was 2) I could lose the weight at home the RIGHT way 3) There are women out there just like me ready to connect and support me 4) I can do anything I set my mind on
.
Fast forward a bit - that same company that helped me lose that weight at home with quality products - that connected me to an amazing support system - that taught me how STRONG I really was - now is growing my savings account 💪
.
I only wish I had started sooner - I wish I had taken this step 6 years ago when I first dreamed of working at home - while I have no regrets and know in my heart my path was chosen for a reason - I WISH I had read my story back then when I felt so alone .
Because the truth is you’re not alone - there are SO MANY mamas just like you - who long for extra income from home so they don’t miss out on raising their families - who look in the mirror and don’t recognize themselves - who long for the connection they had with other women like they had in college - who just need to have some passion for something again and have FUN!
