Got a cold yesterday, couldn't shake it. Slept all day yesterday, got better today & crushed what I should have crushed yesterday into today's unforgiving #BodyBeast Back Workout. To makeup for lost time, finish your work with slow eccentric movements.

This heavier Barbell work is still so new to me, but as I progress I'm noticing the reasons why compounded movements are so essential, it fires everything. Your glutes, your core, your calves & toes, your back, your lats, everything.
So to get the most bang for your buck: focus on firing the reps during the contraction and then slow it down during the negative; Muscle damage occurs the most when you go down on the momentum. 🔥

This little girl! What a sass people👶🏻We are well into our 90 day nursery countdown and she is making up for all her previous good behavior. Her new thing is squealing 😱like a pig🐷especially if you make her wait two seconds before you give her snacks (literally 2 seconds no exaggeration). The crying, fit throwing, and squealing are just constant right now and man I can't wait until she can go to her own baby class😳
