I am trying to learn how to use my new macro lens. I love the look of macro. This is some artificial floral pieces that I used in an arrangement I made. I like how the orange and green show up against the black background. Who else is taking macro shots?

The vast majority of Anthophora, commonly referred to as digger bees, dig with there front legs into the ground to make their home. They are known as "gregarious," which means they often live in a community of bees. Some solitary bees have evolved to be gregarious so they can watch each others' nests and ward off predators. A bee neighborhood watch!
