When you see 👀 some upper body progress w/out a pump. Yay! Been outta my comfort zone 🚫 lately w/ bulking. Gaining extra fat to put on some lean mass. But it's days like this that make it worth it. You gotta get out of your comfort zone to make progress in life. Safety=stagnant. It's okay to put on a few lbs, esp during the winter when your not wearing a bikini. I feel better, I'm sleeping better (finally after months). So here is your permission to eat more & enjoy life. I used to think gaining weight was the worst thing ever, but fyi it's not. Sometimes it's just what your body needs to "balance" out. It's NOT healthy to be lean, esp for females all the time. So hopefully things will keep going ☝️☝️☝️. Lemme know if you are bulking right now & if you also struggle w/ seeing the scale go up. Most woman do but the # on the scale doesn't mean 💩. Srly.

M A C R O S // As many of you know, I’m not one to track my food but just my training. So I’m intrigued to see what happens when I combine the two! 🤔

Don’t panic, Christmas food won’t suffer and my mums here this weekend so I maaaay not stick to this 100% but making more conscious choices to see how it helps my training! 🏋🏼‍♂️

Also no crazy cutting here, it’s all about upping protein and staying balanced! Aim is 170g protein a day.... wish me luck!! Has anyone else found this has boosted their training?? #food #fuel #fitness
