Coconut flour baked shrimp, broccoli rice, bean sprouts and jalapeño with spicy mayo. I couldn’t finish it. So filling.

Side note: so happy to be home from our weekend away. Nothing beats sleeping in your own bed!
Lunch from yesterday’s 1st day of eating Keto! Well I survived day one, haha, and I will admit trying to figure out macros and hitting macros and all that is a little intimidating, especially with me being a perfectionist. I’m using cronometer (the free version) as a tracking app. I really do want to splurge on getting all the features of the app but at the same time want to save money haha. What do you use to track?!
Lunch on the plate:
-1/2 and avocado
-chicken salad
-cherry tomatoes
-fresh mozzarella
I definitely don’t have macro numbers for these and most definitely went over my macros for day 1 but I’m just feeling my way through this as I start! 🥒🍗🧀🥗🥓🥑

So I'm a little ashamed to admit I've had access (free access) to a gym the last 9 months although I had a baby almost 5 months ago so maybe not the whole time...but I've been talking about going over and seeing what all was there and today I did 20 minutes on an exercise bike.
