Your bike ride was just a warmup yesterday, today is where the real thigh work begins. Day 16 is 16 minutes of lunges (don’t abandon all hope, you can do this!). Complete 1 minute of lunges followed by a 1 minute rest, for 16 minutes. Sounds easy? Go forth and lunge!

I get asked whether I ever have rest days 💪🏽 I think it’s easy to think I’m always in the gym however I do have regular rest days. Usually 2 a week, maybe more depending on my schedule or how I’m feeling. For example, today is a rest day and this evening I plan on spending an hour stretching and foam rolling. I think it’s super important to take rest to allow your body to recover and rest. It supports your performance and reduces the risk of injury. 🙌🏽 I also have regular massages as I feel the benefits immediately 💓
😳🤔Interesting...GymShark even calls it a "Two Tone" high waist legging 😮🤔.....hmmm....Thank god it doesn't have the frontal stripe!! Not shure what to think of it?? Did we inspire someone here or just plain coincidence?? For your info our Two Tone Merak legging is almost one year on the market setting new benchmarks in style, quality, endurance and fit. “IS ANYONE HUNGOVER?” If you used to come to my 10am class on a Saturday, you’ll know that this was one of the first questions I’d ask before making you sweat out all the alcohol. .

I’m sure the answer to that question is “yes” as we get closer to Christmas. And you know what? That is bloody okay. If you wanna go out and have a boogie, you go do that. There doesn’t have to be an all or nothing approach around the festive period, or at any point ever really. I work my body hard pretty much everyday, so I can go and have a drink if I want to. But this isn’t because I’ve EARNED a drink, it’s because I can IF I WANT TO. You don’t need to earn your Christmas meal, or that mince pie or that third glass of mulled wine!! You can just have it 🤶🏻
