Hoje tem! #Repost @blogdanutri with @insta.save.repost • • • Pãozinho quentinho, feito em casa e saudável? TEMOS. Simples assim:
🍌 2 xícaras de farinha de aveia
🍌 1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio
🍌 1/4 colher de chá de sal {de preferência, rosa ou marinho}
🍌 1/4 xícara de manteiga ghee ou óleo de coco
🍌 3/4 xícara de xylitol ou estévia ou açúcar de coco (CASO VOCÊ SINTA NECESSIDADE DE ADOÇAR) .
🍌 2 ovos
🍌 2 a 3 de bananas bem maduras amassadas
🍌🍞 Em uma tigela grande, misture a farinha de aveia, o bicarbonato e o sal. Em um outro recipiente misture a manteiga e o açúcar. Junte os ovos e as
bananas amassadas até ficarem bem misturados. Misture todos ingredientes e
coloque na fôrma.
Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC. Unte levemente a fôrma de pão. Deixe assar por 30 a 40 minutos mas após esse tempo, faça o teste do palito - coloque o
palito ou garfo no pão, se sair limpo, pode retirar do forno. Deixe esfriar na fôrma, por pelo menos 10 minutos para poder retira-lo.

Day 1️⃣ of intermittent fasting.
Fasting window - 4.00pm (yesterday) to 9.40am (today) = 17hr 40 min.
Eating window - 9.40am to 5.00 pm = 7hr 20 min.

I broke my fast with two hardboiled eggs, one without the yolk, two rotis, a little bit of curry and tea.
Then I had a snack that is kind of like fritters. Ot had potatoes, chicken sausage, some cornflower in it.
Then I had another snack, that was chicken momos. I had only two of them.
For lunch I had tandoori chicken and one portion of naan roti.
For the last snack before starting my fast again, I had tea.
I drink a lot of water during fasting to tame my hunger and to keep myself well hydrated.
I did eat a pot unhealthy stuffs today. Shouldn’t have done that. Will keep that in mind tomorrow.
