#31 My wife made this wonderful arroz con pollo style dish (without the chicken). It tasted just like the traditional Panamanian dish but better (without the meat). Only veggies, rice, oil and spices in our new wok.

This is word of mouth recipe from my mother in law with my wife's own customizations.
I'll see if she can write down the gist of it and I'll post it.

Our love for h e m p continues • Hemp Milk - You will need 1 cup raw shelled hemp seeds + 3 cups filtered water + pinch of Celtic sea salt • METHOD • Throw the hemp seeds, water, and salt in your blender, and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until the seeds are completely pulverized •• Use whole milk to maximize nutrition. 💪🏼💪🏼HIIT Training .
There are countless benefits of HIIT training, and one of my favourites being a busy working mum, is that you don't need to go to the gym! (I don't have time for that!!)
🌟 No equipment necessary 🌟
HIIT workouts are extremely cost efficient because you need zero equipment! All you need is a little open space. HIIT workouts utilize your own body weight, so any workout that gets your heart rate up quickly such as plyometrics, high knees and jumping jacks can be implemented into a HIIT workout.
AND - all you need is 30 mins. And yes, it's hard, you've worked all day, you've got kids, you've been all over the place, and really all you want to do is sit down, but 30 mins, we can all spare that, and you feel amazing after!!!!

Within incapacitation is opportunity... handling pain is one thing, but not being able to do anything – particularly when I am meant to be doing something (writing a book!) adds to the challenge. Nope - I am unable to sit down, nor stand up and be still. Walking... is getting easier. Still very much shuffling but just a little faster 🤦🏼‍♂️ I decided to use this time to take a break and concentrate on the experience. At hand... I can sense a pain chapter coming up! Most noticeable is how "present" i feel. Grounded... perhaps not. But present ✔️ This morning, as I lay on the floor doing some fascia work I realised it was a good spot to watch you tube clips. I don't know about you but I have a Notes page full of things I want to see but have never found the time for. I believe now is the time! There might be the odd music video mixed in but these are breath related clips so I feel less guilty about watching them. And experiencing what guilt I might have... has been most interesting of all. I'm not good at being the sick person that needs to take it easy. The incapacitation has challenged this part of me.
