Oh yeah, I’m a sweaty mess after cardio Core day!! There was probably several times during that video where I wanted to sit down. I do prefer weights to cardio!! BUT I stuck it out. Where’s the sense in giving up on yourself right?! Prove to yourself that you’re stronger then your excuses ❤️

It's all about living a healthy lifestyle, making a 30 min. workout + shake happen daily, making healthy eating choices majority of the time, and giving yourself grace + keep moving forward when you do mess up. 👌🏻 I ate to much cheesecake on Thanksgiving and too much apple pie on Christmas and to many sweets in between but with Balance I came out of the #holidays feeling okay about how I look and excited to go into this 80 day program and really take my health AND fitness to another level. Here I am on Day 3 feeling GREAT! 💪🏻

Birthday workout! A couple days late, but that’s alright. I try to do a challenging, birthday themed workout each year. This year was a 2️⃣8️⃣ minute EMOM, all bodyweight. Disclaimer: this workout is sweaty.
.
If you’re not familiar with an EMOM workout, you set a rep count for each exercise and complete it Every Minute On the Minute. Rest for the remainder of time left (i.e. if my 10 squat jumps take me 30s, i have 30s left to rest before the next round) .
Complete 1 of the exercises for 10 reps EMOM.
Alternate through the 3 moves every other minute for 28 minutes! (rest more as needed and/or choose your own exercises)👇🏽
10 squat jumps w/ heel click
10 push-ups w/ knee tap
10 Burpees
