Yes it’s a #bathroomselfie not #ashamed of it. I don't think you should try to be anything you're not. If you're not smiling all the time or always happy - I don't think it matters. If you're having bad day, show you're having a bad day. Don't try to put up something that's fake.

I know it's hard to usually get a smith rack because all the big boys use them, but I LOVE using the smith rack for a full body workout. It cuts down on time because u r not moving from machine to machine. 1.pushups 2. Horizontal Pull up 3. Shoulder press 4. Squats 5.
