POWER PORRIDGE🙌

LEVEL UP YOUR THURSDAY WITH MY DELICIOUS PORRIDGE RECIPE:
Ingredients:
⚡️ 2 teaspoons coconut oil 🥥
⚡️ 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa ⚡️ 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any nondairy milk of choice)
⚡️ 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
⚡️ 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon ⚡️ 1 pinch sea salt
⚡️ whole Medjool date, diced

METHOD:
In a sauce pot over medium heat, melt the coconut oil and add the quinoa; stir to coat. Let it sit for about a minute. Add the almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sea salt, and chopped date, and combine.
Bring up to a boil, then turn the heat down to a simmer for 10 minutes until the quinoa is cooked through and liquid has been absorbed. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving warm.
Last step: ENJOY!! 🥂
