I think my face is scary enough here to not need any help for Halloween costume ideas 😂😭 I could be the Joker 🤔😉
Today was a week after hitting legs. Hit this workout after studying to take a break and now go back to slave for physics and biochem exams. Started off really stiff on squats workout up to 315 and dropped to 275 both sets weren’t good and the form was really off. Third clip was my 5th set of 225 because of recording failure. Either way still made the most of it.
Squat life 🏋🏼 Front squatted 275 lbs for one for a personal record. My next goal is to hit 315.
Always find new ways to challenge yourself in the gym. It’s keeps your training from becoming stagnant and keeps things fun!

Being told I need to get an MRI scan and an X Ray is literally heart braking for me, the only thing that’s kept me going these last few weeks is training, whenever life throws me another challenge I get under a barbell to deal with the mental stress, but I need to look back at how far I’ve come to remind me a few weeks out is nothing, 5 years ago I had no muscle, now I can bench 135 kg deadlift 215 and squat 150 kg, always look to the positives in hard times as it’s the hard times that define us for what we are than the easy times 💪🏻

Some speed Pulls after squatting and trap bar DL. Did the 1st set over-under grip and then decided my grips sucks so I better pull double overhand as fast as possible. Form is feeling better and better.
