We just back from Shanghai, miss my ig friends so much! 😘
Levie was doing well during the travel! 👍🏻Ate a lot and slept well. And Levie’s eating show was being everyone’s favourite! everybody was impressed ( or shocked) by his super good appetite😂🤣

Today’s dinner: Stewed pork belly with tomato and okra / cheese rice 番茄秋葵燉豬肉搭配起司飯
.
Of course he enjoyed his food a lot as always! 👉🏻

新春快樂!我們一家去了上海過年,Levie去了上海成了小皇帝,每天有人專車接送,紅包禮物拿到手軟,幸好這隻小豬什麼都不會,只會一勁的猛吃,他一開吃的認真萌樣殺光了所有婆媽姨姐,各式美食源源不斷送上來,小肥豬過個年實實在在肥3斤!回到家也沒嫌棄媽媽做的粗食,照樣吃的津津有味!👍🏻🤣👉🏻

this year I got one strawberry prince 🤴👉🏻, he finished 12 strawberries in 5 minuets! 😱

前兩年還有時間雕花,今年一上桌就被秒殺,5分鐘解決12顆,每天都要吃一盒,生父已被進口草莓嚇暈😨

真的很想分享這種快速又好吃的料理,給像我這種獨自在家帶小孩,老公又長年在外出差的偽單親媽媽😢做飯的時候,Levie不是坐在外面看電視,還一邊爬上爬下,就是抱著我的大腿罵罵號,常常讓人感到焦躁,又無可奈何。火鍋真的很方便,全部材料丟一丟開小火讓他自己慢慢熟,就能離開廚房一會兒去陪小孩。如果大家有更快速美味的料理,歡迎來分享,媽媽最喜歡簡單快速最好不用洗碗的料理了!😁

本想來個親子同樂一起做壽司,我的小幫手完全不受控的狂吃米飯跟雞肉,還很奸詐的把蔬菜挑掉,都來不急做第二捲,米就被清空了,那可是有一杯米的量耶!😮沒法拍照,還只能單吃壽司料,媽媽心好累😭😔

So crunchy, yummy and healthy! Levie loves it so much, ya he still prefers savoury snacks! And I am sure that’s perfect chips for people is on diets. ☺️😋
超級超級好吃的,又脆又香,Levie吃了兩片,其他都被dada掃光,完全忘記正在節食減肥dada, 還一直說,嗯嗯,應該熱量很低很健康吧!我都不敢說裡面是滿滿的醬油焦糖醬!😝

vaccine day, got a grumpy, needy and annoying baby at home. 😩so we invited some animal friends to join our table! 🐵🐯ya!!! Levie was so happy to have lunch with them, he enjoyed his lunch a lot and clean up the plate again! 👍🏻however he was still hungry, he was climbing up the table and stealing my chocolate chips cookies! OMG he can do anything for food! 🤣
BTW the cookies are from the cake boss (Buddy Valastro) in new york, he is a real foodie, he knows what is the best! 🤷‍♀️

兒子食量大到午餐清盤還不夠,趁我進廚房洗碗,居然爬到桌上,偷吃我私藏的巧克力餅乾!算他識貨,這可是爸爸特定從紐約帶回來「蛋糕天王」buddy的餅乾!今天看在他打了預防針,可憐哭了一早上,就給他小小破戒了!

This is my 5 minuet dessert! So easy and delicious! But Levie just got up on the wrong side of the bed this afternoon, he didn’t want this at all in the beginning. After he saw me started to dig in and seemed enjoy it, he came to me and ask for one tortilla chip, he tasted it slowly.....and finally the little foodie woke up! 👉🏻To see his funny face expression! .

家裡糧食短缺,尚未補貨前,用廚櫃裡現有的材料,簡單快速做出Levie的下午點心。墨西哥捲餅放進烤箱烤至金黃酥脆,塗抹花生醬,放上新鮮切片的香蕉,撒上少許肉桂粉,一層層疊起,要吃前再淋上蜂蜜或巧克力醬!完全無需烘培技巧的超簡易甜點。兒子午睡起來還在起床氣,一臉嫌棄,直到看見媽媽開始享用不等他,就著急靠過來討食,一吃整個魂都醒來,重回眉開眼笑的可愛小吃貨!😋🤣

Love the weather in Sg recently! Cool temperatures, with a refreshing breeze. We spent the whole afternoon by the poolside. Reading, running, having snacks and even taking a nap on the lunge chair. So comfortable and relaxing! Mommy just want a lazy and quick dinner tonight! Yes, one pan meal for the win! Just sauté everything in one pan with some oyster sauce! Easy and delicious! 👍🏻😋

好喜歡今天的天氣,有陽光微風,氣溫涼爽,好慵懶!兩母子一吃完中餐,就到泳池旁報到發懶,還睡了一個超舒服的午覺,兒子睡醒繼續看書玩樂吃點心,媽媽耍廢放懶差點忘了做晚餐。所以今天是快速一鍋到底料理,煎完雞腿直接加蠔油炒洋蔥菇與番茄,燙完青菜直接滾雞蛋,10分鐘搞定!兒子很愛蠔油所以還是捧場清盤!👏🏻👏🏻

Recipe for my super crispy oatmeal cookies! ✌🏻👇🏻 It’s so good! I am sure you and your little one will love it, too! ❤️😋

🎯Ingredients (services: 10 pieces)
.
15g butter
30g light brown sugar
60g rolled oats
20g tablespoons all-purpose flour
tiny pinch of salt
1 egg white, lightly beaten
.
🎯Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 150C. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicon baking mats. Set aside.
.
2. Heat butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter has melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in oats, flour, salt, egg. .
.
3. Refrigerator the mixture at least 30 mins or overnight. .
.
4. Drop cookie batter by the teaspoon onto prepared baking sheets, leaving at least 2 inches between each cookie to allow them to spread. .
.
5. Use your finger to dip some water that can help to spread the cookie batter thinner.
.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, watching closely to prevent them from over-baking. The cookies should be golden brown.
.
7. Cool the baked cookies thoroughly. Layer cookies between pieces of parchment of waxed paper and place into an airtight container. These cookies should keep up to 2 weeks.

在陽台吃一頓慵懶暖呼呼的陽光早午餐,感覺好像在度假。而且有Levie最愛的酪梨莎莎醬,連平常不吃的秋葵,沾著醬也吃的津津有味,今天超難得很勤勞的寫下食譜😝!如果家中有不喜歡吃蔬菜的寶寶可以試試看!💪🏻 .
Guacamole 酪梨莎莎醬🥑 🍅 .
Ingredients (toddler version)
材料(寶寶版本)
.
🥑2 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled ( 2顆成熟酪梨)
🥑1 lemon, juiced (1顆檸檬汁)
🥑1/2 teaspoon sea salt (海鹽適量)
🥑1 medium onion, diced (1顆洋蔥切丁)
🥑3 tomatoes, seeded and diced (3顆番茄、去籽切丁)
🥑1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (香菜切碎適量)
🥑1-2 clove garlic, minced (1-2瓣大蒜切碎)
.
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lemon juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Refrigerate 15 mins for the better flavor.
For Levie, I will blend all the ingredients to smooth. That he can’t taste any crunchy texture and more easier to eat! .
做法:
把酪梨壓泥與檸檬汁跟鹽巴攪拌均勻,加入其他材料拌勻,放進冰箱靜置15分鐘左右就可食用。給Levie吃我還會再放進攪拌機打泥,滑順的口感,對寶寶而言更容易接受也更好食用。搭配捲餅、玉米片、烤雞還是沙拉都很適合!
