💥💥#MEALPREPSUNDAY 💥💥

Even though the finished product looks so amazing, it actually takes some work. Putting the sweet potatoes in the oven, microwaving the steamable packs of veggies, grilling the chicken, and cooking the rice can take anywhere from 2-3 hours to get completed.

While it takes some time to get all food cooked and weighed out for each meal, it's totally worth it since you know exactly what to eat when the time comes around. No more guessing or trying to eat healthy when you're in fact not getting the marcos your body requires. Spending the time to actually cook and weigh out your food saves you in the long run with convenience, and money as these 12 meals only cost me $30.
Think about that next time you try and eat out healthy.

What does 1st Phorm mean to me?

Do you struggle to drink your 2-3 litres of water per day? Then incorporating more of these water dense foods into your diet might help you stay hydrated! Most fruits and veggies have a very high water content and very little calories, they are almost like 'free foods'. I love to eat raw carrots and peppers (is that weird?) and these are particularly helpful when dieting as they are high in volume too. Other high water and low calorie options are cucumber, apples, greens, radishes, melon, berries, celery etc!

Repost by @ilovetraining18 I was doing another closet purge just now and found my size TWENTY-TWO wedding dress buried in the back. I haven’t tried it on since my wedding 5 years ago and thought it might be great tranformation tuesday material. The craziest part is that I had already lost 35 lbs and I was feeling super skinny on my wedding day. What a crazy journey!

We can be eating 'low calorie', but pretty unhealthy foods.... or all healthy foods but these could all be very high in calories!
