Had to share this. I was recently was contacted and asked to shre what helped me with my #transphormation last year. I won one of the quarters last year. But after winning I got married, bought a house, and did tons of volunteer work for the fire relief.

It was around then that I found out, its not only bad things that will get you off track. Its a lot of good too. Sometimes you feel like its good enough. You can het off the gas. But let me tell you something about that. The weight I lost was the easiest to find again. I felt like a failure. Thought that nothing I could say would help anyone. After all. I "failed"

Then I found out that I had learned so much from @1stphorm that I used to help my friend here and so many other people motivated. So its not a failure it was a learning lesson. One that I just realized this morning. Please know that you have people all around that are willing to help. You just have to ask.

🌺 Trust Your Gut 🌺 —-> If there is ANY piece of advice I’d give my younger self, it would be *trust your gut*. .
.
I spent MANY years doing the opposite. DOUBTING myself, my choices, my instincts. —-> I knew what was right, what I wanted & what I deserved. But I was scared. Too scared to take the leap & trust myself. .
.
WHY? 👉 I had no problem trusting someone else...I was FULLY CAPABLE of taking control but I ceded it. Not something I’m proud of or happy about & sadly, something I see young women doing everyday. .
.
👉 YOU 👈 have the power over your own life, even in the most dire of situations, and sometimes because of them. 🌺 Trust Your Gut 🌺 I am finally doing it & I’ve never felt more alive 👊🙌

BUT coach said YES to SPIN CLASS! So a sweaty selfie to document my morning at @theridecycling .. which is how I started my 6 WEEKS OUT MARK.

So ...what show am I doing?!
.
When there are THREE different shows all on the SAME weekend … it is hard to choose 😩
.
Here are the things that I PERSONALLY take into consideration when I have to choose between multiple shows.
.
•TRAVEL — How far away? Is it drivable? If not .. duration of flight? Good flight time options? Non-Stop flight?
.
•SUPPORT — Will my coach be there? Can my husband or a friend come with me? Will any of my bikini friends or teammates be there? Do I know anyone in the city? Will any of my sponsors be there?
.
•SHOW ITSELF — Two day or one day show? What time is pre-judging? Is everything in ONE place (or at least walking distance) … or will there be lots of driving here/there and everywhere? Does the hotel have a kitchen/fridge/microwave? Who is going to be there doing make-up? Will @liquidsunrayz be there?
.
•LOCATION — Is there a time zone I’ll have to adjust to? Have I ever been to this city? Do I love this city? Do I want to visit this city? Do I know anyone/have friends there?
.
•COST — How early do I need to arrive (i.e. extra days at hotel), how expensive is the flight, how expensive is the hotel, will I need to rent a car, will I have to take ubers/cabs, etc.
.
I took all this into consideration and I had a REALLY HARD TIME picking because there are THREE great shows the weekend of 3/31 and each has it’s own specific perks!
.
So what is your guess?!

•Governors Cup (Sacramento CA)
•Indy Pro (Indianapolis, IN)
•St Louis Pro (St. Louis, MO)
.
I’m not trying to withhold info, ha. Ya’ll know I don’t keep shows a secret if I know that I’m doing it for sure. I just wanna see what you all predict!

I’ll post in my story later or make a post tomorrow! But thinking about all I said above .. what is your guess?! GO!!!! And if you know keep yo mouth shut, ha!!

This was lunch from the other day. I was in a rush, so I grabbed a quick pre made salad from @deansmarket and made my own salad mixture with it.

I took some mixed greens, put the farro salad from @deansmarket on top and added some organic grilled chicken. Delish.

Eating healthy does not have to be hard or complicated. You can make good choices that are going to make you feel good, but also taste good!

It took a lot of time for me to get even the slightest of shoulder pop and to get my back to widen but I stayed committed and today I am pretty happy with my results. Remember guys it is a process. Like I always say eat clean train dirty and be patient‼️ Your body will reward you. 🚨🚨KEY TO CARDIO?!🚨🚨 .

Find something you can enjoy!!! .
.
I switch mine up ALL the time. Why? Because I get bored of do by the same thing over and over! I’m human can you blame me?! .
.
I do my cardio post weights. It’s what works for me. Some people prefer fasted morning cardio. I simply won’t do that...I don’t enjoy it and I ❤️sleeping when I can. .
.
The best thing you can do for yourself is find something you enjoy. You’ll stick to it and have fun in the meantime. .
.
It’s really the key to anything in life. Diet, career, hobbies. If you don’t enjoy it you won’t stick to it. Find a way to make it fun and challenging and you’ll keep with it ❤️.
