Stuffed Peppers on the meal prep menu this week! Here are 2 Pesto and 2 Italian stuffed peppers, healthified, quick and cheap!🏆Recipe👇🏻👇🏻 What you’ll need for 4 peppers
•Shredded Chicken Breast
•Quinoa •Pesto
•Marinara
•Spinach
•Mushrooms
•Daiya Shredded Mozzarella

For 2 Pesto Stuffed Peppers
5oz Shredded Chicken
4 oz Quinoa
1TB Pesto
1/3 C Chopped Mushrooms

For Italian Stuffed Peppers:
5 oz Shredded Chicken
3 TB Marinara(Watch the ingredients if buying store bought!) 1/2 C Chopped Fresh Spinach
After you cut your peppers, boil for 3 minutes.
Drain. Pack. Bake at 425 for 15 Minutes-Put Daiya on Italian Peppers, broil for 5 minutes- ✅

Something about using your super cute mini bundt pan 🌀 instead of a boring old muffin pan is just super fun! It just feels more decadent, right? 🙃 (I think I say "super" too much😂) Anyways, guys these are soooo good!
Peanut Butter Banana PROTEIN cakes 🍌💪🏼
Recipe‼️
3-4 small bananas mashed
1/3 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of @arbonne vanilla protein
1 cup gf quick oats
1 1/4 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Glaze:
1/4 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 tsp coconut oil

Mix all wet ingredients with dry and
Bake at 375 for 20-22 min
