Quick pump on 40kg. This exercise really helps to bring out your lats / shoulders nicely. @aront1 @pyramidleasing 🎥 camera man.
Recorded this one on boomerang, so it looks like I am doing it faster than I actually am. On this exercise bring it all the way down just behind your neck and then all the way up and you'll really feel it. The video doesn't show me bringing it all the way down 🙄🏋🏾 Good for bulking - heavy weight - less reps
Also good for shredding - lower weight more reps

Not all pain is upper back or low back. Many of us suffer from bad posture, which can result into mid back pain. Also, a lot of athletes who lift wrong can start to develop hypertrophic thoracic paraspinals (especially on the dominate arm side), which only adds to a more pronounced slouched posture.

Adjustments, proper soft tissue release, and stretching can help reduce the stress your mid-low thoracic takes on. Don't let your back suffer anymore, get it treated!
