need to get bigger and thicker . after a poor session yesterday need to pick my self up and go to a different level today. if im not working hard enough and doing what needs to be done then whats the point ! #wingwednesday

Want to builder a stronger back???

Pull Ups are my favourite exercise for working the back and I've found great success building my back from them.

My form for them has changed over the years. Now I ensure as I pull up I'm engaging my Lats and using any sort of momentum with my legs. Making sure I control the eccentric (when coming down) down.

If you can't complete a Pull up yet then focus on negatives by grabbing a box or bench, jump above the bar and then control yourself down for a count of 5. You can use resistance bands and then do other exercises like a TRX Row as a progression to lead up to doing a Pull Ups.

Shoulder workout 🔨

-OHP 5x5 (3-5 min rest)
-Upright Rows 4x12
-Lateral Raises 4x12
-Face Pulls 4x12

Shoulders are my strongest point, I’m pretty sure it’s from my genetics because when I first started working out, that was the first muscle I noticed improvement in. •
I’m really excited to see my over head press finally improving and thank god my shoulder pain is gone. My shoulders is one of my favorite muscle to workout, right behind squats. I’m just going to keep at it and no doubt I’ll have shoulders like @damienpatrick In about 3 years 😅
