Slightly blurry but who else struggles to take a picture of their back? 😅 (Especially straight after the gym when your muscles are slightly spasming and like jelly!) I always forget to check my back when looking at my progress and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this looking back at me 😁🙌🏻 Also, I’m obsessed with these leggings at the moment! 👌🏻

Can you guess what day it was today! Fuck my shoulders and triceps day😨. Soar as a squished banana " i got no idea how a banana feels but whatever 😃😅" Some heavy weights to start off with on the shoulders and finished with some sets on the triceps. I love working out on sundays. While the most people beeing lazy in there beds or something like that i rather hit the gym early. Especially when the sun starting to shine again! @teamvictrix

How much can you Dumbbell row bw%? Gymbox party with @umersfitness and @airsum 👍

These are 60kg dumbells so 0.83%, my homegym only go up to 50kg so was doing these for fun. My left arm struggled with grip, totally forgot I can hook grip this too😥. #back #bodybuilding #gym #powerlifting #gainz #heavy

I'm back in England and currently freezing and sad 😔 but I'm just going to get back into my routine, warm gym clothes on (seriously no idea how girls gym in just sports bras in this country 😂) and a big gym session ahead in my fave gym, plus most importantly food shopping, I'm totally out of fresh food 🙈

SWISS BALL KNEELING LAT STRETCH-
1- Kneel on all fours in front of your swiss ball, Extend one arm, placing your hand on the ball, Rest your other hand on the floor.
2- Lean back onto your heals until you feel a deep stretch in large muscles on either side of your back, Hold for 30 second
3- Switch arms, and repeat, complete three 30 second holds per arm.

One of the rare times I’ll upload a selfie cos of good lighting ... The past 2 weeks I’ve suffered a rather nasty bout of gout in my right ankle which halted all lower body training ... Each time I’ve had a set back with an injury or gout, I’ve always gained something in return ... I have slowly solved my spacing issue in my Right Shoulder and developed a greater appreciation for Upper Body training ... Slowly worked on understanding how my body works, it’s limitations and started feeling muscles that have been dormant lit up ... Don’t let setbacks break you down, use them as a tool for learning ... I’m going to have gout now for the rest of my life ( thanks Dad 😅 ) but no matter which joint it flares up in, I’ll slowly have develop some better activation and control over my body so training won’t suffer ... #training#back#chunky#pancakeass#goodlighting#lats

After I had my son I developed a problem with my left shoulder & had constant pain at one or another point around my shoulder blade - something I’ve found a lot of moms struggle with after carrying babies around all day. I tried all the treatments but the only thing that worked was rehabbing myself through Pilates. The key is building strength in the latissimus dorsi, and scapular stabilization. The most effective way to do this is Pilates using Pilates equipment & TRX, but even if you have no access to these you can still work on it at home ☺️
Just throw a folded hand towel over the top of a door and then hang off the door like a pull up bar. Lift your feet off the ground and allow yourself to hang all the way down so that your shoulders come up to your ears. Now connect into your lats (the muscles where the arrows point) and depress your shoulders - that means pull them all the way down away from your ears, which lifts your body higher up. Feel your shoulder blades slide down your spine. Release with control, hanging all the way down again, and feel your arm bones pull away from the shoulder joint. This is not a pull up! Your elbows stay straight.
Start off with 3 sets of 4 reps and then work your way up to doing 10 reps
