We love a beautiful exterior just as much as we love a well designed interior
This victim of Wren Kitchens was forced to take to the street outside the store as no one would return his calls relating to his 20+ damaged units. Still no joy #WrenKitchens💩 #donttrusttrustpilot
Firstly, let me say I am not doing this for my own gain. Wren Kitchens have already, illegally denied us a refund as per everyone’s rights to one within 30 day of receiving faulty goods so we are now going legal (don’t want to get that boring by quoting the law but they know what the law is as do we)

I am doing this as it is a bank holiday in Scotland this weekend and the thought of them doing this to anyone else (prob around xmas time) like they have done to thousands of people (please seen Wren Kitchen Disasters on Facebook) is so upsetting. I have never used this account for anything like this or to advise an opinion really, but I feel so strong about this I had to do something.

On the the 21st Aug we received delivery of the kitchen, as it was unpack each item was damaged (we only unpack a few as the joiners were working on prep). I reported it to customer services and didn’t think much about it as they promised replacement straight away.

As there was so much damage we decided we needed to check everything straight away, this took up all the rooms in our house.
30+ Damaged Items were reported to them with images by day 3 still they kept saying it would be fine they would get it replaced. The mis sold many items and have replace product they have on display with crappy alternatives. Things started to go wrong though when we then waited 14 day for them to finally call us back after promising me 3-4 times a day that they would. They would cut us off, put us onto a phone that just rang and rang (my husband lasted 47 mins one day) they lied to us from start to finish, didn’t delivery on most of the promises they made, way too many to list.
They have sent three people to our home, all were meant to be coming to put it right but nothing has been done, no order was raised off the back of there visit as promised. We finally had enough and decided we wanted to enforce our right to a refund as per the law and they are refusing us which is breaking the law (but now answering us at least)

I will stop now, although I could go on forever. Please forgive me for taking to my IG feed with this but as I said, we don't want anyone feeling like us
