Stop the press! Whilst we have been pretty loyal to hermanbrot bread, we decided to give @proteinbreadco loaf a whirl and OMG you guys!!! It is gorgeous!!! 1.5g carbs for 2 slices!!!! I’m not even gonna lie, I toasted 8 slices and had them for dinner one night - guilt free!
Here we made an extremely filling sandwich!
Mashed egg & mayo
Shredded chicken
Shaved ham
Baby cos lettuce
@proteinbreadco bread
7.5g carbs
32.6g Fat
55.2g protein

Fried chicken lettuce wraps!
Here’s what we used to create these delicious morsels.
200g Chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 scoop unflavoured protein powder
Spices and seasoning
Peanut oil for frying
Dredge chicken in egg mix, then through protein and spices and fry in peanut oil till golden.
5 baby cos leaves
1 serve rainbow mix ( 62grams)
2 stalks spring onion/scallion
80g avocado
Chives to garnish
20mls red Kelly’s chilli lime dressing
16.9g carbs
9g Fibre
51g Fat
66g protein

I wouldn’t blame anyone in thinking that we are crazy for pancakes! Truth is, we just haven’t had a chance to go grocery shopping since moving house in the last few days!
Keto gang protein pancakes!
We adjusted the recipe a little as we were out of butter - I know! I know, what kind of keto person doesn’t have butter in the house?
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder, or 2 scoops of the scoops are smaller ( we used chocolate flavour)
50g cream cheese
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs

Does anyone else love their steak well done? I just can’t do pink/red/bleeding meat!
Enjoyed 400grams of T-Bone steak with a home made garlic and chive butter! I didn’t need the butter in terms of macros, it was more of a flavour thing.
0.4g Carbs
0g Fibre
41g Fat
And a whopping 100g Protein

This tried and true recipe is our fave, this time we used a strawberries and cream flavoured protein powder instead of our usual unflavoured - yummy!
Keto Gang Protein Pancakes
2 scoops protein powder -we use @isopurecompany zero carb purchased from @mrsupplement
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
4 TB melted butter.
With a hand mixer, mix eggs, protein powder and baking powder, once all incorporated, slowly add melted butter.
MACROS - without toppings
0.6g Carbs
50.1g Fat
48.6g Protein
0g Fibre.

After a busy weekend of moving house and eating on the run, my body was craving some nutrients, so we whipped up this quick and easy stir fry.
200g pork medallion
1 cup broccoli
20g carrots julienned
2 spring onions/scallions
125g zoodles
Red chilli
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp minced ginger
15 ml niu life bbq coconut aminos
1/2 TB olive oil
10.3g carbs
16.3g fat
50g protein
5g fibre.
