FINALLY hit 205. I’ve been pushing for it for months and it was finally my day. I know my form isn’t perfect but it’ll get there. Just knowing I could hit it and my hard work has finally paid off made me feel pretty awesome!! .
Whatever your goals are, keep pushing and moving forward. With hard work we can do what we set our minds to!

Week 6 #250kchallenge Entry: Share your progress.

Before and after 6 weeks doing this body transformation challenge I dropped 5 lbs, gain muscle mass specially on my legs. I also noticed huge improvements on my strength, stamina and cardio exercises.
Overall, I feel great and I think that I’m almost back to where I was physically before I got sick (Hyperthyroidism). For me that’s all that matters right now, getting my strength and overall health back on track!
Still got 6 more weeks to go though to keep pushing myself to the best physique I can bring on the final week!

Wokingham half marathon yesterday running with a clubmate. Plan was actually to run it @ marathon pace after a full weeks training but ended up running it slightly faster 😁. Felt suprisingly comfortable at this pace although probs not the best idea to finish a 60 mile week 🤔. Ooowweeee got a good run in today. 11.5 miles in 85mins. 1604 calories burned. Had to restart at 60 minutes treadmill only goes for 60mins non stop. All glory to God #keeppushing#march25th
