After struggling the past week with my nutrition and BBG workouts (thank you everyone for your advice and support on yesterday’s post by the way), there was a little negative voice inside my head that said “don’t take that progress photo today, cause of all the chocolate and indulging you did over the weekend...” But the positive voice inside my head said “although you indulged, it’s not going to affect your overall progress over the last 5 weeks”, and that positive voice was right 👊
Just remember: YOUR BODY IS THE SUM OF ALL YOUR ACTIONS. Eating chocolate every now and then doesn’t mean you’ll turn into a chocolate bar...although if you had it every meal you might haha 😂. As well as working out every now may not increase your fitness, but if you’re working out consistently than it should 😉

My breakfast this morning was kind of a deconstructed waffle.... which I’m calling a “Chocolate brownie protein waffle” 🍫 so sometimes recipes don’t always turn out as you imagine but that doesn’t necessarily mean it was a disaster! 😂 today I experimented making a protein waffle but it didn’t quite turn out perfect and sort of fell apart 🙈 it still tasted so good though so I thought oh well I’ll just put it all on a plate and eat it in a mess... but once I placed it in the plate, I was actually kind of happy with it! 😂😂😂 Anyway I might work on tweeting the recipe so it’s a little more firm 👌🏼 The taste reminded me of a chocolate cake or brownie - even the texture was kind of crumbly! Anyway it wasn’t overly sweet but that’s how I like it because I add sweet toppings! I topped it with fresh mango, blueberries, banana, @loving_earth caramelised buckinis clusters & healthy salted caramel sauce 🙌🏼 yummm! This so healthy and full of protein 💪🏼 .

The daily oatmeal today in a chocolate popcorn variation. I mean if I am eating the same thing every day I have to get creative with that at least right ...feeling like an oatmeal/ sweet potato expert meanwhile 😅 .
So I added cocoa to my basic chia oats (recipe on the blog) and topped it with blueberries, grapes, pomegranate, popcorn and cashew butter 😋👌🏻

I have an appointment at the vet with my cat later. He‘s honestly not doing great. You all have to send good vibes to Mady the cat ♥️

I felt super anxious last night and I can’t even tell you why. I was afraid about all the things I had to get done, that Mady wouldn’t make it and just all the negativity inside of me accumulated. I tried meditating which didn’t get to my conscious mind even (I pretend not even to my unconscious mind to be honest 🙄) and that’s what might happen sometimes. I just want you to be aware of that.

In a way I am proud of how I handled this. I decided to just let go, to allow myself to not feel good and to stay awake all night if I had to. Pressure is your enemy especially if you plan to get some sleep. Acceptance dissolves pressure. So that’s the alternative you have to choose.

Still it’s Monday and I feel all the motivational energy of this day. .

Did you get your refill of pizza and sweets over the weekend? Cheat meal or not, today is Monday, off to another week! Let's aim for another goal! Finally I have the chance to workout. I'm going to focus on legs and shoulders, like I usually do when I don't have much time, because it's always good to work on the peach, and you know, shoulders need so much work! If I can't get to workout everyday, I'd rather use up the time I have to focus on those muscles that require more attention. However, it is important to have a full body workout. On another news, I am having a hard time finding energies at night. After work I'm usually shot and starving, and it's hard to resist to the couch and the goodies🙈 I did a 6 miles walk both Saturday and Sunday (let's call it cardio!) and called it a day. It's not much, but always better than nothing, and this is the approach I want to take until I don't go back home. Unfortunately, I can't cheat with my body, so, maximum effort(within the limits, of course!)😘#fitness#morning#porridge buongiornooo!!!

Puntiamo dritto all'obiettivo 💪🏼 Finalmente finalmente oggi ho il tempo di allenarmi! Mi concentreró su gambe e spalle come sempre quando non ho molto tempo. Sia perché lavorare sul booty non è mai tempo perso, e sia perché le mie spalle hanno bisogno di essere martellate un sacco! Se non posso allenarmi tutti i giorni preferisco sfruttare il tempo a disposizione per i muscoli che più mi interessano. Anche se è fondamentale poi lavorare tutto il corpo. Per il resto qui sto avendo molta difficoltà a trovare energie la sera. Ho moltissima fame e stanchezza dopo il lavoro, è dura non cedere a dolci e poltrire sempre sul divano. Sabato e domenica ho fatto 10 km di passeggiata, chiamiamolo cardio vah!! Non molto, ma sempre meglio di nulla, ed è questa la filosofia che vorrei adottare fino a che non ritorno a casa. Il mio corpo non mi regala niente purtroppo, quindi massimo impegno( nei limiti del possibile!) 💪🏼🎈
