Week 14 abs 👊🏼 sometimes I don’t fit in all my circuits in one week because __(fill in the blank)— . I just keep going and do them when I have time because these exercises build on each other. So, if you find that you’re consistently missing a circuit every week it’s going to hurt that muscle group in the long run. ▪️▪️▪️
The BBG program is structured into “weeks” to help keep you organized and on track 📆 but it’s not required that you follow that structure perfectly to get great results. My goal with BBG2.0 is to finish all the circuits and complete 1 HIIT session every week ✔️. It might take me >12 weeks to finish all the circuits, but I’ll get them done because that is my goal. 🙌🏼. ▪️▪️▪️
I challenge you to re-evaluate how you view success with the BBG (or any fitness) program. My goal has always been to finish all the circuits, even if it takes me longer than the structured 12-week schedule. Think of a goal you want to smash and GO FOR IT!!! 👊🏼🙌🏼💪🏼. And I have a secret to tell you, I’m pretty sure my sister is Santa Claus 🎅🏼 because she keeps shipping new workout clothes to my house for Christmas 🎄🙌🏼 it’s so exciting to get the mail every single day!

We ran stairs on Sunday and my calves are still sore. If you wanna sweaty high intensity workout stairs are the best!! They hurt a lot but make you feel so accomplished 💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️
