You know when you see a workout shirt online and they always look so good because the “model” wearing it is always swoll, but then you get the shirt in and it looks nothing like what you saw online because it’s on you? Gotta take those vitamins. I’ve been using @performixdriven multi and probiotic for a while now. I can’t say I feel better using the performix multi versus the one I was using before, but I notice a big difference if I miss a day. But the probiotic... wowza. I usually feel bloated after a protein shake. The probiotics help take care of that real quick!! •

Picked up some hand x bands which will help strengthen my forearms and eventually reduce the tendinitis in my left elbow. Recommended by @jimstoppani and the #jymarmy I'll post an update after using for a couple of weeks with my results.

Except i didn’t get ripped...i worked harder, ate bigger, and actually GAINED weight for the first time in 2 years! 8-10 pounds heavier than when i started this program. Definitely gained some strength over the last month and a half too. Now to decide what program to do next... 🤔 🎵: NF - Remember This

Day 46 C8 - Legs day. Did a good session at the gym followed by an hour and a half dog walk. Loads of activity today!
Because I worked out earlier it messed with breakfast - I had my shake and gummy bears post workout and wasn’t ready for an omelette on top of that. So, skipped the eggs and just had my snack for brunch. I was baking this afternoon, so skipped lunch (there were some bowl scrapings missing from my log!) and went straight to tea - cod and peas. I’d saved enough macros to have a bit of butter on my fish 😍 Yogurt and peanut butter snack this evening. I have enough calories left for a protein shake before bed as well if I feel like it.

Been focusing on #heavy compound movements at the beginning of almost every major muscle group day (leg, chest, back etc) and today I told @chismjt_physique I wanted to go for a PR.

Saw @_mswol PR and it motivated me to go for one of my own. First attempt is 545, second attempt is 555. Nailed them both. Good call @matthewstubley 😉💪
