First day on @chalkygrip’s new program (there’s an excel spreadsheet and everything 😁) and everything felt heavy af. I’m 2 days late for transformation Tuesday but, whatever, here’s the transformation of my squat between set 1 and set 6 of 4 at 90kg. I went from ‘fuck this is heavy’ to ‘this is how I die’ but they could definitely look worse and I’m happy with depth🙅🏼‍♀️.
