Almond golden milk - an anti-inflammatory elixir perfect for cooler weather✨

If anyone’s been feeling flu-ish lately like I have (or if you ate something sketch, or just need a boost) it’s all about turmeric 😉 Foam-inducing alchemy secrets below 😍
.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- a pinch of pepper
- cinnamon to taste (I put LOADS)
- pinch of nutmeg
- a couple of drops of maple syrup
- 1/2 scoop of @vitalproteins gelatin (needed for foam)

Cool fact: pepper increases the bioavailability of turmeric by 2000%. Hello immune boost.

Cool fact #2: Not only does gelatin create mega foam, it also promotes skin, hair, nail gut and brain health. And it makes you feel full for hours 💃🏼

Heat up the almond milk. Pour it into your @thenutribullet, and add the rest. Blend for a 2 minutes. Pour into a mug. Helloooo foamy decadence & all the good feels 💫

KETO LOW CARB PANCAKES WITH ALMOND FLOUR & COCONUT FLOUR (PALEO, GLUTEN-FREE)
These 6-ingredient keto low carb pancakes with almond flour and coconut flour are so easy, fluffy, and delicious. Paleo and gluten-free, too!

SERVINGS : 2 3” pancakes each
PREP TIME: 5 min
COOK TIME: 15 min

INGREDIENTS * 1 cup Almond flour (blanched & finely ground recommended)
* 1/4 cup Coconut flour
* 2 tbsp Erythritol (or any sweetener of choice)
* 1 tsp Gluten-free baking powder
* 6 large Eggs
* 6 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)
* 1 pinch Sea salt (optional, but recommended)
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. (Batter should be the consistency of typical pancake batter. If it's too thick, add a little more milk.)
2. Preheat an oiled pan* on the stove over medium-low to medium heat. Drop the batter onto the hot pan and form into circles. Cover and cook about 1.5-2 minutes, until bubbles start to form. Guys, a couple of things I figured I would share with you today.
1. Every time I share an image of baked goods, they are stacked. It appears it’s the only food styling tool I have. 😂
2. I’m sharing way more treat recipes than I would recommend eating on a regular basis, but it’s the holiday. 🤷‍♀️

Made yeast bread for the first time yesterday! I've been wanting to try my hand at it for a while, but the last time I used yeast, it was an epic fail! I was scared to try again! Prettiest lunch I’ve posted in a while 😂😂😂 Made this Sunday and wasn’t impressed. I try not to waste food, so I brought it for lunch today. It was either better or I was hungrier. Cheeseburger Casserole with a side of roasted potatoes. .

It’s finally here!! The recipe you’ve all been waiting for! (Ok, maybe I’m the only one that’s been waiting for it to be completed 😆)

This recipe is a remake of one of my family favorites. Every year we get together and decorate these cookies and it’s always such a fun and special time. This version is #glutenfree, #nutfree, #grainfree, artificial color and dye-free, and sooooo flavorful!

I have to make some non aip dishes for others this aft so i'm being preventitive and having a big ol lunch first!
