Day trip to Jersey! I was second in line this morning waiting for the RDU Five Guys to open at 5 AM before boarding my flight at 5:15AM. I got my bunless bacon burger and enjoyed it onboard and still have time to kill before we taxi. I woke up at 3:15AM to leave my house at 4AM so it’s going to be a long day, but atleast it started with a tasty keto breakfast! If you were following my 4 day Egg Fast, I was down another 0.6lbs this morning. I got rid of all my vacation water weight (7.6lbs) and lost an extra 1.8lbs. This is why I love an Egg Fast.

Salty honey caramel popcorn. After learning yesterday that there are fast and slow sugers i thought i would celwbrate with tgis bowl of yumminess. So slow sugars are ones that have larger sized molecules and therefore are slower to penetrate the blood brain barrier, giving our bodies time to process them better. Examples of Slow sugars are honey and evaporated cane juice. I am very intrigued by this concept and will definitely be investigating further!!! In the mean time i will enjoy this bowl of honey hugs.....oh and share with my loved ones...if i have too. 😉

Este almuerzo si que estuvo bueno! Osobuco de libre pastoreo, con camote al horno, muchas verduras salteadas y hierbas frescas. Y, un rollito de berenjenas asadas 😋! Las berenjenas me encantan, pero las como de vez en cuando porque me rompen la boca. Las berenjenas son verduras solanáceas y pueden generar reacciones inflamatorias en algunas personas

What a nice linch today! Slow cooked grass fed osobuco with a side of oven baked sweet potatoes, lots of greens and herbs. And a roll of roasted eggplant. I love eggplants, but I don’t eat them very often as I my mouth reacts to them. Eggs plants are a nightshade vegetable, that may cause inflammatory reactions to some people

What's a girl to do when her fella is off to the footy and she's home alone? Make Paleo pizza and watch Stan of course!

I totally made up a random pizza base and it totally worked, I even added bunya meal to it! Topped with pumpkin, mushroom, chicken and goats cheese. Yuummmm!! 😋

These are pizza eggs that I massively overcooked 🤦 Whomp whomp whomp. I can't stand when the white have any run left to them, but I like the yolks as close to raw while still being warm, and this was essentially hard boiled eggs 😣 Maybe my toaster oven is wonky. Regardless, the combo of cheese and tiny pepperonies and dollops of sauce was steller!

When you want something crunchy with your soups, salads or cheese and crudités platters here are some herbed crackers. Easy peasy!! I made 2 batches: one with almond flour for the rest of the world and a small batch with coconut flour for me ( because I am still following the elimination phase on AIP). I love the flavor of olive oil for these crackers but you can use avocado or coconut oil. Pictures show the herbed #crackers they take 25 mins from start to serve. 10 crackers provide about 120 calories with 1 net carb and 2 grams of protein and heart healthy olive oil!!Recipe in comments. ✅paleo✅keto✅whole30 ✅grainfree ✅glutenfree •

Off to a BBQ tonight so I cooked some purple sweet potato chips & lamb ribs and kept them warm in my @thermoboutique container.
We also have some pineapple, carrot, cucumber & Avocado and Lime dip.
For dessert the kids have some @loving_earth
